Hence, a method for calculating the natural frequencies of track-bridge systems is proposed. The influence of the flexural stiffness of the track-bridge system, the vertical and longitudinal stiffness of the mortar layer, gap position and gap length on the natural frequencies of a track-bridge system is discussed. The results show that the natural frequencies of the track-bridge system are more sensitive to the change of the flexural stiffness of the bridge layer. The change of the longitudinal stiffness of the mortar layer and gap position has no obvious effect on the trackbridge system’s natural frequencies, while the interlayer vertical stiffness has a larger impact. The gap length has a more significant effect on the 4th-5th order natural frequencies of the track-bridge system. The range of the natural frequencies that are affected by the gap widens as the gap length increases.展开更多

At first, relations between amplitude of vibration and frequency as well as main loop current and amplitude of vibration were analyzed. From this analysis, we deduced that frequency tracking process of the vibration system can be concluded as an optimizing problem of one dimensional fluctuant extremum of main loop current in vibration system. Then a method of self-optimizing fuzzy control, used for the realization of automatic frequency tracking in vibration system, is presented on the basis of serf-optimizing adaptive control approach and fuzzy control approach. The result of experiments shows that the fuzzy self-optimizing method can solve the problem of tracking frequency drift very well. Response time of tracking in the system is less than 50 ms, which basically meets the requirements of frequency tracking in ultrasonic plastic welding machine.展开更多

By taking the analysis of the rotor system as example based upon FEM, the new inverse perturbation method for structural design with specified low-order natural frequencies or frequency constraint bands is detailed as well as its complete theoretical basis. Moreover, formulations to calculate the inverse perturbation parameter ε and method to select the corresponding ε's value properly are also proposed. The proposed method is characterized in reducing frequency analysis and suitable for large and small structrual changes alike. Finally, several different numerical examples for inverse cigenvalue problem are discussed to illustrate the method, which show that this inverse perturbation method Is general and can be applied to other type of structure or dement.展开更多
