Furthermore, IDEFO of production system of integrated agriculture was established and the constituents of different subsystems were analyzed. In addition, the components of the integrated platform, involving operational system, network, distributed database, communication services, information services, development tools, management and application services and platform entrance, were discussed. In agricultural integrated system, relationship among subsystems should be well considered under guidance of system theory in order to better improve controllability and productivity of agricultural activity.展开更多
For over twenty years, Obuasi Municipality, Ghana, has experienced land-cover change arising from gold mining and urbanisation. This project quantified the land-cover changes that have taken place and projected likely...For over twenty years, Obuasi Municipality, Ghana, has experienced land-cover change arising from gold mining and urbanisation. This project quantified the land-cover changes that have taken place and projected likely future land-cover. An integration of EO (earth observation), GIS (geographical information science) and Stochastic Modelling was examined. Post-classification Change Detection employed Landsat TM or ETM+ images in 1986, 2002 and 2008. Subsequently, Markov Chain Analysis projected the land-cover distribution for 2020. Seven broad land-use and land-cover classes were identified and mapped, namely: built-up areas, mine sites tailing ponds barren land forestland farmland and rangeland. The results obtained for the 2008 to 2020 projection revealed a continuous expansion of built-up areas (1.63%), mine sites (0.89%) and farmland (3.4%), and a reduction of forestland (4.17%) and rangeland (2.59%). Despite the advent of very high resolution satellite imagery, this use of EO and GIS technology focussed on low-cost and lower resolution satellite imagery, coupled with Markov Modelling and was found to be beneficial in describing and analysing land-cover change processes in the study area, and was hence potentially useful for strategic planning purposes.展开更多

Compared with the conventional integral imaging system with positive lens array, the negative one has a huge advantage on viewing an- gle. The minimum viewing angle of the imaging display system based on negative lens array is the maximum viewing angle of the positive one with the same parameters. And the imaging display system based on negative lens army can en- hance the viewing angle to 180° with special parameters. Other parameters, such as resolution and depth-of-field, are the same in both systems. Another advantage is that the proposed imaging display system based on negative lens array can fill the image area gap between 0 and 2f The feasibility of our proposed method is experimentally proved.展开更多
Integral imaging is a three dimensional(3D)display technology without any additional equipment.A new system is proposed in this paper which consists of the elemental images of real images in real mode(RIRM)and the one...Integral imaging is a three dimensional(3D)display technology without any additional equipment.A new system is proposed in this paper which consists of the elemental images of real images in real mode(RIRM)and the ones of virtual images in real mode(VIRM).The real images in real mode are the same as the conventional integral images.The virtual images in real mode are obtained by changing the coordinates of the corresponding points in elemental images which can be reconstructed by the lens array in virtual space.In order to reduce the spot size of the reconstructed images,the diffuser in conventional integral imaging is given up in the proposed method.Then the spot size is nearly1/20 of that in the conventional system.And an optical integral imaging system is constructed to confirm that our proposed method opens a new way for the application of the passive 3D display technology.展开更多
