Based on the biological immune concept, immune response mechanism and expert system, a dynamic and intelligent scheduling model toward the disturbance of the production such as machine fault,task insert and cancel etc. Is proposed. The antibody generation method based on the sequence constraints and the coding rule of antibody for the machining procedure is also presented. Using the heuristic antibody generation method based on the physiology immune mechanism, the validity of the scheduling optimization is improved, and based on the immune and expert system under the event-driven constraints, not only Job-shop scheduling problem with multi-objective can be solved, but also the disturbance of the production be handled rapidly. A case of the job-shop scheduling is studied and dynamic optimal solutions with multi-objective function for agile manufacturing are obtained in this paper. And the event-driven dynamic rescheduling result is compared with right-shift rescheduling and total rescheduling. 展开更多

The technology of production planning and scheduling is one of the critical technologies that decide whether the automated manufacturing systems can get the expected economy. Job shop scheduling belongs to the special class of NP-hard problems. Most of the algorithms used to optimize this class of problems have an exponential time; that is, the computation time increases exponentially with problem size. In scheduling study, makespan is often considered as the main objective. In this paper, makespan, the due date request of the key jobs, the availability of the key machine, the average wait-time of the jobs, and the similarities between the jobs and so on are taken into account based on the application of mechanical engineering. The job shop scheduling problem with multi-objectives is analyzed and studied by using genetic algorithms based on the mechanics of genetics and natural selection. In this research, the tactics of the coding and decoding and the design of the genetic operators, along with the description of the mathematic model of the multi-objective functions, are presented. Finally an illu-strative example is given to testify the validity of this algorithm. 展开更多

We controling puppet in the same way as the present puppet, but we perform this by robot. It offers more advantages and lessen the weak points. It needs various actions and expressions because of the nature of a puppet. The biggest problem which executes this is the ways to create a system. This thesis proposes motion capture of developed method with solution of this problem. So, we create various contents needed by puppet. In this part, developed method means a mixed method on the basis of optical system and magnetic system used mainly for the present method of motion capture. We lessen the weak points of each method and propoe solution of create motion for pupct by offering more advantages. So we solve difficulties of executing puppet and probable probkans when we execute puppet by using robot. The solution of this thesis is proven by applying control of puppet. 展开更多

Computer-aided process planning (CAPP) is an essential component of computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) system. A good process plan can be obtained by optimizing two elements, namely, operation sequence and the machining parameters of machine, tool and tool access direction (TAD) for each operation. This paper proposes a novel optimization strategy for process planning that considers different dimensions of the problem in parallel. A multi-dimensional tabu search (MDTS) algo-rithm based on this strategy is developed to optimize the four dimensions of a process plan, namely, operation sequence (OperSeq), machine sequence (MacSeq), tool sequence (TooISeq) and tool approach direction sequence (TADSeq), sequentially and iteratively. In order to improve its efficiency and stability, tabu search, which is incorporated into the proposed MDTS al- gorithm, is used to optimize each component of a process plan, and some neighbourhood strategies for different components are presented for this tabu search algorithm. The proposed MDTS algorithm is employed to test four parts with different numbers of operations taken from the literature and compared with the existing algorithms like genetic algorithm (GA), simulated annealing (SA), tabu search (TS) and particle swarm optimization (PSO). Experimental results show that the developed algo-rithm outperforms these algorithms in terms of solution quality and efficiency. 展开更多
