[Method] Artificial synthetic antigen of citrinin (CIT) was first conjugated with vector protein bovine serum albumin (BSA) and then identified by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis,and its coupling ratio was measured by UV absorption and mass spectrometry. [Result] The identification result showed that artificial antigen of CIT was successfully coupled,and the coupling ratio was 8.4 by UV absorption while 6.0 by mass spectrometry. [Conclusion] The comparison experiment showed that mass spectrometry could rapidly identify the artificial antigen and accurately detect its coupling ratio. This study provided basis for the preparation of CIT antigen as well as the establishment of an for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for citrinin determination.展开更多

Five arbitrary primers were screened which showed differences in DNA amplified polymorphism between the variant and its wild line. Some new proteins appeared in the salt tolerant plant under salt stress. Electrophoresis of peroxidase and esterase also showed some differences in isozyme expression between them. Acco...This study aimed to investigate the release properties of slow release ure- a coated by industrial lignin and the influences of temperature, pH and post-ripening period on the release of nutrients in coated urea. According to the experimental results, the release of nutrients in coated fertilizers showed an S-shaped curve; on the 28th d, the nutrient release rate reached 73.77%; the differential solubility was 1.83%, and the theoretical release period was 50.25 d. The release of nutrients was significantly influenced by temperature. As the incubation temperature rose from 25 to 40 ℃, preliminary solubility increased from 8.03% to 16.24%; differential solubility increased from 1.83% to 1.88%; theoretical release period was reduced from 51.25 d to 45.55 d. The release of nutrients was promoted by H+ and OH-. After they were placed at room temperature within 30 d, coated fertilizers exhibited the optimal release properties.展开更多

For realizing gene special expression in plant anther at given time, we constructed a new system that combined tetracycline- inducible elements with TA29 promoter, a tapetum-specific promoter of tobacco. The system was tested in transient GUS assay system by electroporation (gene gun) transformation of tobacco ( Nicotiana tabacum L. cv. Winsconsin 38) anther. In the absence of tetracycline as the inducer, no GUS activity was detected. However, strong GUS expression was observed in tapetum. tissue upon tetracycline induction, and little GUS activity was found outside the tapetum. Our results suggested that gene expression can be restricted to a specific tissue at the given time under the control of this new system, and this system would be a very useful tool for both basic plant biology research and biotechnological applications.展开更多

Industrial symbiosis, a sub-field of industrial ecology, engages traditionally separate industries in a collective approach, involving exchange of materials, energy, water, and/or by-products, to enhance competitive ability and environmental performance. To construct a symbiosis analysis method, this article employs a number of parameters embodying information about materials, energy and economics as the main essential parameters in system analysis and introduces symbiosis profit and symbiotic consumption elements as the economic indicators. A modeling and simulation program is designed using the agent-based modeling approach to simulate the evolvement of a hypothetical coal-based industrial system and the change of symbiosis conditions in the process of construction is examined. The simulation program built using the Swarm library, which is a freely available multi-agent simulation package, provides a useful demonstration for the symbiosis analysis method.展开更多

By estimating China's pollution treatment productivity between 2001 and 2008 and analyzing environmental regulation intensity and the effects of the relevant factors and pollution treatment productivity using panel data, this paper discovers that (1) pollution treatment productivity contributed a significant share of about 40% to industrial environmental TFP during the investigation period; (2) environmental regulation may not necessarily cause adverse impacts on pollution treatment efficiency and productivity but demonstrates a U-shaped relationship: when the share of pollution treatment cost in industrial value-added is above the range of 3.8%-5.1%, environmental regulation is likely to promote pollution treatment productivity and thus environmental TFP Judging by the estimation result, enhancing environmental protection and expediting the development of ecological civilization are conducive to China "s economic transition towards an intensive, efficient, circular, and sustainable development pattern. China's current industrial development has the capacity to tolerate a rather demanding level of pollution treatment and management and China needs to further rely on energy conservation and the environmental production industries to promote the progress of pollution treatment technologies.展开更多

However, clinical trials have shown that efforts to maintain normoglycemia in intensive care unit patients result in deviation of glucose levels from the optimal range, and frequent attacks of hypoglycemia. Tight glycemic control is even more challenging in those undergoing pancreatic resection. Removal of lesions and surrounding normal pancreatic tissue often cause hormone deficiencies that lead to the destruction of glucose homeostasis, which is termed pancreatogenic diabetes. Pancreatogenic diabetes is characterized by the occurrence of hyperglycemia and iatrogenic severe hypoglycemia, which adversely effects patient recovery. Postoperatively, a variety of factors including surgical stress, inflammatory cytokines, sympathomimetic drug therapy, and aggressive nutritional support can also affect glycemic control. This review discusses the endocrine aspects of pancreatic resection and highlights postoperative glycemic control using a closed-loop system or artificial pancreas. In previous experiments, we have demonstrated the reliability of the artificial pancreas in dogs with total pancreatectomy, and its postoperative clinical use has been shown to be effectiveand safe, without the occurrence of hypoglycemic episodes, even in patients after total pancreatectomy. Considering the increasing requirement for tight perioperative glycemic control and the recognized risk of hypoglycemia, we propose the use of an artificial endocrine pancreas that is able to monitor continuously blood glucose concentrations with proven accuracy, and administer automatically substances to return blood glucose concentration to the optimal narrow range.展开更多

Work activities with hepatotoxins exposures are numerous and, moreover, organic solvents are used in various industrial processes. Organic solvents used in different industrial processes may be associated with hepatotoxicity. Several factors contribute to liver toxicity; among these are: species differences, nutritional condition, genetic factors, interaction with medications in use, alcohol abuse and interaction, and age. This review addresses the mechanisms of hepatotoxicity. The main pathogenic mechanisms responsible for functional and organic damage caused by solvents are: inflammation, dysfunction of cytochrome P450, mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress. The health impact of exposure to solvents in the workplace remains an interesting and worrying question for professional health work.展开更多

The method was successfully applied to the Daqing Oil Field GP1 well. It was shown that the drillstring's contact resistance at any well depth could be obtained by calculations and that as the error in the calculation of the hole top load is below 10%, the calculation result can provide theoretical basis for the design and operation of drillstrings.展开更多

There are many factors affecting successful execution of floating system project,including technical issues, engineering management,interface management,etc. There are also failure examples of project execution in the industry. The author has participated 28 large detailed projects and has gained extensive experience on floating projects,with ample hands-on project experiences. I...An accurate finite element ( FE ) model of the human middle ear can provide better understanding of the mechanics of middle ear, and can be used for aiding the design of the implantable middle ear hearing devices. In this paper, a threedimensional (3D) FE model of the human middle ear was constructed, including the tympanic membrane, ossicular bones, and middle ear suspensory ligaments/museles. This model was constructed based on a complete set of computerized tomography section images of a healthy volunteer's left ear by reverse engineering technology. The validity of this model was confirmed by comparing the motions of the tympanic membrane and stapes footplate obtained by this model with published experimental measurements on human temporal bones. The result shows that the model is reasonable in predicting the biomechanics of the human middle ear.展开更多

Postoperatively, a variety of factors including surgical stress, inflammatory cytokines, sympathomimetic drug therapy, and aggressive nutritional support can also affect glycemic control. This review discusses the endocrine aspects of pancreatic resection and highlights postoperative glycemic control using a closed-loop system or artificial pancreas. In previous experiments, we have demonstrated the reliability of the artificial pancreas in dogs with total pancreatectomy, and its postoperative clinical use has been shown to be effectiveand safe, without the occurrence of hypoglycemic episodes, even in patients after total pancreatectomy. Considering the increasing requirement for tight perioperative glycemic control and the recognized risk of hypoglycemia, we propose the use of an artificial endocrine pancreas that is able to monitor continuously blood glucose concentrations with proven accuracy, and administer automatically substances to return blood glucose concentration to the optimal narrow range.
文摘The liver is the main organ responsible for the metabolism of drugs and toxic chemicals, and so is the primary target organ for many organic solvents. Work activities with hepatotoxins exposures are numerous and, moreover, organic solvents are used in various industrial processes. Organic solvents used in different industrial processes may be associated with hepatotoxicity. Several factors contribute to liver toxicity; among these are: species differences, nutritional condition, genetic factors, interaction with medications in use, alcohol abuse and interaction, and age. This review addresses the mechanisms of hepatotoxicity. The main pathogenic mechanisms responsible for functional and organic damage caused by solvents are: inflammation, dysfunction of cytochrome P450, mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress. The health impact of exposure to solvents in the workplace remains an interesting and worrying question for professional health work.

文摘A computational thermodynamics model for the oxygen bottom-blown copper smelting process(Shuikoushan,SKS process)was established,based on the SKS smelting characteristics and theory of Gibbs free energy minimization.The calculated results of the model show that,under the given stable production condition,the contents of Cu,Fe and S in matte are71.08%,7.15%and17.51%,and the contents of Fe,SiO2and Cu in slag are42.17%,25.05%and3.16%.The calculated fractional distributions of minor elements among gas,slag and matte phases are As82.69%,11.22%,6.09%,Sb16.57%,70.63%,12.80%,Bi68.93%,11.30%,19.77%,Pb19.70%,24.75%,55.55%and Zn17.94%,64.28%,17.79%,respectively.The calculated results of the multiphase equilibrium model agree well with the actual industrial production data,indicating that the credibility of the model is validated.Therefore,the model could be used to monitor and optimize the industrial operations of SKS process.
文摘This paper presents a nonlinear finite element method to resolve the problem of the nonlinear contact between the drillstring and hole wall by using a Multi-directional Contact Gap Element (MCGE) contacting at appropriate positions in each beam element. The method was successfully applied to the Daqing Oil Field GP1 well. It was shown that the drillstring's contact resistance at any well depth could be obtained by calculations and that as the error in the calculation of the hole top load is below 10%, the calculation result can provide theoretical basis for the design and operation of drillstrings.

文摘Though high accuracy of the thermal contour was obtained while adopting finite element method,it could not meet the real-time requirement.One-dimensional finite difference method could realize real-time control in the case of neglecting both the circumferential and radical heat exchange,but the over-simplified modes resulted in poor accuracy.And two-dimensional full explicit difference was also limited in practical application since its time step was restricted to keep the model stable.Consequently,a new method of alternating direction finite difference was introduced and discussed in the model's stability,calculating speed and precision.Specific work roll after one real rolling unit was researched,The result shows that error of temperature on work roll surface between measured and calculated values is within 5 ℃.The influence of rolling rhythm and strip width on thermal crown was also studied.The conclusion is verified theoretically and practically that it can maintain absolutely stable and meet the online requirement.
文摘The first floating platform concept design work for South China Sea is undergoing in DMAR's office now. This tension leg platform has potential to become the first advanced floating production platform project. Project execution is always a challenge for floating system. This paper focuses on the critical elements of project execution for tension leg platform,and studies potential implications to future oil and gas exploration in South China Sea. There are many factors affecting successful execution of floating system project,including technical issues, engineering management,interface management,etc. There are also failure examples of project execution in the industry. The author has participated 28 large detailed projects and has gained extensive experience on floating projects,with ample hands-on project experiences. A detailed tension leg platform project study example and discussions in depth are presented for future project execution in China deepwater development.

文摘An accurate finite element ( FE ) model of the human middle ear can provide better understanding of the mechanics of middle ear, and can be used for aiding the design of the implantable middle ear hearing devices. In this paper, a threedimensional (3D) FE model of the human middle ear was constructed, including the tympanic membrane, ossicular bones, and middle ear suspensory ligaments/museles. This model was constructed based on a complete set of computerized tomography section images of a healthy volunteer's left ear by reverse engineering technology. The validity of this model was confirmed by comparing the motions of the tympanic membrane and stapes footplate obtained by this model with published experimental measurements on human temporal bones. The result shows that the model is reasonable in predicting the biomechanics of the human middle ear.
