METHODS: A phosphate buffer (pH6.8) was selected for solvent. The distance D between the derivative peak at 219± 1nm and valley at 230±1nm of the first order derivative spectrum obtained by scanning from 270 to 200nm was ased as the quantitative basis. The assay was calculated through comparing the peak-valley distance of sample with the standard. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between Rebamipide concentration in the range of 1.1~8.5 μg/ml and the peakvalley distance of derivative spectrum with r=0.9999 The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD of 0.3% (n=6). CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible for the determination of Rebamipide.展开更多
