用锌原紫质(ZPP)作为缺铁性红细胞生成的标记衡量感染免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)病人机体铁状况

尽管HIV病人的贫血很常见 ,但没有一个可靠的指标诊断缺Fe性贫血。因此我们研究了不同程度的感染HIV病人Zn原紫质 (ZPP)运铁蛋白饱和度 (TS)和铁蛋白。调查了 76名感染HIV病人的铁状况。用正面血液荧光检测 (afront -facedhematoflurime... 尽管HIV病人的贫血很常见 ,但没有一个可靠的指标诊断缺Fe性贫血。因此我们研究了不同程度的感染HIV病人Zn原紫质 (ZPP)运铁蛋白饱和度 (TS)和铁蛋白。调查了 76名感染HIV病人的铁状况。用正面血液荧光检测 (afront -facedhematoflurimeter)测量ZPP ,用浊度测定法测铁蛋白和运铁蛋白。其中 4 2名病人患贫血 ,根据贫血程度不同将病人分为三组 :A组血红蛋白 (HB) >14g/dL ,B组 12~ 14g/dL ,C组Hb <12g/dL。A组与B组的研究参数差异不显著。C组出现显著不同 :β2 -球蛋白的均数值 3 6± 0 5mg/L(C组与B组相对比P <0 0 1和A组相比 ,P <0 0 0 1) ;CD - 4阳性T细胞均数 173± 4 1/ μL(和A组比P <0 0 1) ;ZPP均数 86± 12 μmol/mol血质 (和A组、B组相对照P <0 0 0 1,且铁蛋白均数 10 6 6± 377μg/L(P <0 0 1与A、B组相比 )。根据这些数据 ,我们计算出三个指标的敏感性和特异性分别为 :TS(10 0 %和 39%) ,ZPP(78%和 4 4 %)铁蛋白(5 6 %和 10 0 %)。由此我们推荐一种方法至少两个指标联合使用诊断缺铁性贫血 ,如 :铁蛋白和TS或铁蛋白和ZPP。 展开更多

目的 评估火针联合痤疮合剂治疗青春期前痤疮的临床疗效。方法 收集2021年03月至2023年3月攀枝花学院附属医院皮肤科就诊的辩证属肺经风热证的痤疮患者共100例,随机分为两组。对照组采用基础治疗七味姜黄擦剂,治疗组用火针疗法联合痤疮... 目的 评估火针联合痤疮合剂治疗青春期前痤疮的临床疗效。方法 收集2021年03月至2023年3月攀枝花学院附属医院皮肤科就诊的辩证属肺经风热证的痤疮患者共100例,随机分为两组。对照组采用基础治疗七味姜黄擦剂,治疗组用火针疗法联合痤疮合剂。结果 治疗8周后,治疗组有效率为94%大于对照组的70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的痤疮综合分级系统评分(GAGS)、VISIA红色区域及紫质评分改善均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 火针联合痤疮合剂治疗青春期前痤疮效果显著,各项观察指标评分改善程度均优于对照组,是治疗青春期前痤疮安全有效的治疗方案,值得推广应用。 展开更多

RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA) markers were generated from filaments of 15 Porphyra lines representing four important groups, P. yezoensis, P. haitanensis, P. katadai var. hemiphylla and P. oligospermatangia . Among the total 69 fragments generated by 6 selected primers (among 50 primers), 67 appeared to be polymorphic (97.1%). Cluster analysis based on the RAPD results was performed. The 15 Porphyra lines were divided into 3 groups. This result was consistent with that from taxonomy analysis. A DNA fingerprinting based on 8 bands amplified with OPN_02 and OPJ_18 was constructed and might be used in Porphyra variety identification. Five specific RAPD fragments of 5 Porphyra lines were isolated and cloned into pGEM_T easy vector. These five RAPD fragments may be useful in germplasm identification and property protection of Porphyra . 展开更多

When plants absorb more light than that can be used for photosynthesis, the excessive energy can cause photoinhibition and even photooxidation of photosynthetic apparatus. Xanthophyll cycle-dependent photo-protection is believed to be the main mechanism for plants to deal with excessive light energy. This review focuses on molecular biological aspects and regulations of violaxanthin de-epoxidase and zeaxanthin epoxidase involved in xanthophyll cycle. We will summarize the functions of xanthophyll cycle, especially recent advances in its thermal dissipation mechanism of photoprotection. A wheat (Triticum aestivum L cv. Xiaoyan 54) VDE cDNA was obtained using RT-PCR method. Its deduced protein sequence shares high identity with that of Arabidopsis and rice. Southern blot revealed that there are three copies of VDE gene per haploid genome of wheat. VDE transcript levels were higher in green leaf than in root, seed and etiolated leaf. Northern blotting analysis indicated that VDE mRNA level is induced during greening process of etiolated wheat seedling and increased by intense light illumination. 展开更多

To explore the differences of sensitivities to chilling and strong light in indica and japonica rice (Oryza sativa L), the changes in unsaturation of thylakoid membrane lipids and xanthophyll cycle were studied under chilling condition and strong light. The contents of unsaturated fatty acids of thylakoid membrane lipids decreased and that of the saturated ones increased with the time of chilling and strong light treatment, resulting in the reduction of the index of unsaturation of fatty acids (IUFA). The activity of violaxanthin deepoxidase (VDE), a key enzyme of xanthophyll cycle, also reduced. The content of violaxanthin (V) increased, and the contents of antheraxanthin (A) and zeaxanthin M decreased, the ratio of (A+Z)/ (A+Z+V) decreased correspondingly. Arrhenius analysis showed that VDE was sensitive to both chilling and unsaturation level of thylakoid membrane lipids. Correlation analysis showed that there was distinctly positive relationships between IUFA of thylakoid membrane lipids and the activity of VDE, Fv/Fm, and D, protein content. Lower IUFA values, less fluidity and stability of thylakoid membrane lipids, lower VDE activity and (A+Z)/(A+Z+V) ratio were found in indica rice cv. Shanyou 63 than in japonica rice cv. 9516 under chilling and strong light. 展开更多

For the study of main traits of purple-flashed sweetpotato in different soil and ecological environments, 18 cultivars of purple-flashed sweetpotato with different enthocyenin contents were planted at Yancheng and Xuzhou separately. The main quality traits were determined. The results showed the quality traits of purple-fleshed sweetpotato were significantly influenced by soil and ecological environments. Geno- type (G), environment (E) and genotype x environment (GxE) interaction had signif- icantiy effects on the contents of anthocyanin, dry matter, starch, protein, reducing sugar and soluble sugar in storage roots. Anthocyanin content was most easily af- fected by the environment. The E effect on anthocyanin content was greater than G and GxE effects. However, the GxE interaction effects on other 5 quality traits were greater than G and E effects. The 6 quality traits were significantly different at 1% level under different environments respectively. The contents of dry matter, starch and anthocyenin were higher in Yancheng than in Xuzhou, while the contents of protein, reducing sugar and soluble sugar were higher in Xuzhou. The variation co- efficients of all quality traits at Yancheng and Xuzhou were in the same order: an- sugar〉protein〉starch, the variation coefficient of anthocyanin content was higher in Xuzhou, and the variation coefficients of other 5 traits were higher in Yancheng. Correlation analysis showed that the reducing sugar and solu- ble sugar contents were negatively correlated with starch content, and had no sig- nifiant correlation with anthocyanin and protein contents. Dry matter content and starch content were positively correlated, and anthocyanin content and other quality traits had no significant correlation. 展开更多

[Objective] The preventive and therapeutic effects of Folium perillae extract (FPE) on hyperlipemia induced by feeding rabbit with high fat forage were observed. [Method] The high fat and cholesterol diet were adopted to create the hyperlipemia model of rabbit. The rabbits were randomly and equally divided into 5 groups which were NC( normal control)group, HLM (high lipid model) group, LFPE, MFPE and HFPE group (low, middle, high dosage of FPE were 0.17 g/kg, 0.5 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg respectively). The contents of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, MDA and the activity of SOD in serum were detected respectively. [ Result] The three FPE groups could decrease the contents of TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA significantly (P〈0.01) compared with these of HLM group, and the contents of HDL-C (P〈0.01) and the activity of SOD (P〈0.05 ) in serum was increased significantly. [Conclusion] FPE could regulate blood-fat and counteract lipid peroxidation. 展开更多

According to the mRNA and amino acid sequence, the character of mPDI such as the physical and chemical properties, hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, signal peptide, secondary structure, coiled coil, transmembrane domains, O-glycogylation site, active site, subcellular localization, functional structural domains and three-dimensional structure were analyzed by a series of bioinformatics software. The results showed that mPDI was a hydrophobic and stable protein with 3 coiled coils, 30-glycogylation sites, 2 structural domains of thioredoxin, 2 active sites of thioredoxin, and located in rough endoplasmic reticulum. It has 512 amino acids, the theoretical pl is 4.98, and signal peptide located in 1-24AA. In the secondary structure, a-helix, random coil, extended chain is 26.37%, 53.32%, 20.31% respectively. Pyrolysis of benzene at 30 Torr was studied from 1360 K to 1820 K in this work. Synchrotron vacuum ultraviolet photoionization mass spectrometry was employed to detect the pyroly- sis products such as radicals, isomers and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and measure their mole fraction profiles versus temperature. A low-pressure pyrolysis model of benzene was developed and validated by the experimental results. Rate of production analysis was performed to reveal the major reaction networks in both fuel decomposition and aromatic growth processes. It is concluded that benzene is mainly decomposed via H-abstraction reaction to produce phenyl and partly decomposed via unimolecular decomposition reac- tions to produce propargyl or phenyl. The decomposition process stops at the formation of acetylene and polyyne species like diacetylene and 1,3,5-hexatriyne due to their high thermal stabilities. Besides, the aromatic growth process in the low-pressure pyrolysis of benzene is concluded to initiate from benzene and phenyl, and is controlled by the even carbon growth mechanism due to the inhibited formation of C5 and C7 species which play important roles in the odd carbon growth mechanism. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to isolate a prodigiosin producing strain and study its pigment fractions.[Method] Red pigment-producing bacteria was identified by physiological and biochemical characteristics after isolation in plate.By using column chromatography and thin-layer chromatography,pigment fractions were separated and purified from the extractives of the strain after fermentation in flask,and then pigment fractions were analyzed via UV-Vis and LC/MS.[Result] A red pigment-producing Serratia marcescens strain NS-17 sampled from soil of Nanchang was isolated and identified.2 pigment fractions showing similar UV-Vis and LC/MS characters were separated and purified,the characters of fraction 1 were identical to those of prodigiosin,while fraction 2 showed a special UV-Vis absorption spectrum that had not been reported.[Conclusion] A prodigiosin-producing Serratia marcescens strain NS-17 and its 2 pigment fractions were isolated. 展开更多

[Method] Methods of water culture, elec- trophoresis and chromatography were used to analyze the molecular weight of the specific protein in the copper hyperaccumulator S. purpurea, as well as its expression time and the minimum copper concentration for the expression. And the specific protein was isolated and purified. [Result] Under copper stress, the minimum concentra- tion of copper to induce the expression of the specific protein from S. purpurea was 50 umol/L, and the expression time of the protein was in the 4th week with the molecular weight of 89.4 kDa. [Conclusion] The results show that the copper tolerance of S. purpurea is closely related with the expression of the specific protein. 展开更多

In order to investigate the protective effect of aloe anthraquinones on growth and development of soybean against ultraviolet B radiation stress from the morphological structure and physio-chemical indices. The results showed that, stressed by the enhanced ultraviolet b radiation, the soybean gave a dwarfed plant, shrunken leaf area and decreased photosynthetic pigment, while an ascended MDA content. Spraying aloe anthraquinones effectively relieved the reductions of chloro- phyll content and biomass and decreased the production of MDA under the radia- tion of UV-B. Moreover, under the UV-B radiation, waxy substances on epidermal cells increased remarkably and the stomas showed obvious subsidence, while spraying aloe anthraquinones could maintain the structure and shape of cells similar to that under natural light, and the stomas subsidence as well. 展开更多

[Method] The effects of four factors such as buffer system,solid-liquid ratio,temperature,and extracting time on the lectin extraction result from P. yezoensis were investigated by the use of specific activity as the indicator. Then the lectin was purified by DEAE-Sepharose FF chromatography. The hemagglutination activity was used as the indicator,and the properties of the lectin such as carbohydrate specificity,divalent cations dependence,temperature,acidic and alkaline stability and others were detected. [Result] The optimal extraction conditions were:extraction ageat Tris-HCl buffer (25 mmol/L,pH=7.5 ),solid-liquid ratio of 1:5,extracting temperature of 40 ℃,and extracting time of 16 h. The activity of the lectin of P. yezoensis didn't change after 30 min of being heated at 50 ℃,which showed a certain extent of thermal stability,and the suitable pH value was 7-9. The lectin of P. yezoensis could combine with maltose,D-galactose,D-xylose and L-Arabinose,in which the binding force with the maltose was the strongest. The lectin activity was depended on the addition of Ca2+ and Mg2+. [Conclusion] The research had provided theoretical basis for the clarification of immune mechanism of P. yezoensis,as well as its high effective utilization. 展开更多

Many endophytic fungi can produce some physio-logical active compounds, which are same to or analog to those isolated from their hosts. Producing physiological active com-pounds through microbial fermentation can give a new way to resolve resource limitation and to find out alternative source. Through the methods of organic solvent extraction, thin layer chromatography (TLC) and column chromatography, compound I was isolated, purified from the liquid fermentation metabolites of the taxoids-produced endophytic fungi (Alternaria. alternata var. taxi 1011 Y. Xiang et LU An-guo) that was screened from the bark of Taxus. cuspidata Sieb.et Zucc.. Compound I was identified as one kind of taxoids type III, based on the analyzing results by using the methods of ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV), infrared spectroscopy (IR), mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR).
