针对柑橘黄龙病热空气处理存在能耗高、加热设备笨重、传热较慢等问题,提出了柑橘黄龙病远红外热处理方法。为解决远红外加热时柑橘树温差过大的问题,搭建了柑橘黄龙病热空气快速处理温度场分布特性试验平台,研究了远红外灯管组数量、...针对柑橘黄龙病热空气处理存在能耗高、加热设备笨重、传热较慢等问题,提出了柑橘黄龙病远红外热处理方法。为解决远红外加热时柑橘树温差过大的问题,搭建了柑橘黄龙病热空气快速处理温度场分布特性试验平台,研究了远红外灯管组数量、单根灯管功率、加热时间、远红外灯与支架顶部距离对柑橘树温度场分布的影响,并对远红外加热影响因素进行优化。研究结果表明:远红外灯管组数量、单根灯管功率以及加热时间对柑橘树叶和枝干的温度场分布均有显著影响,远红外灯与支架顶部距离对树叶的温度场分布影响显著。试验优化后的参数为:远红外灯管组数量为3,单根灯管功率为1 k W,加热时间为3 min,远红外灯与支架顶部距离为10 cm。在此条件下,树叶温度平均值为58.1℃,枝干温度平均值为43.1℃,整体温度平均值为52.3℃。在此参数下对柑橘黄龙病进行远红外热处理田间试验,病菌浓度平均降低34.4%。研究结果可为柑橘黄龙病规模化远红外热处理设备的优化设计提供参考。展开更多

A hi erarchical feature matching algorithm was adopted to get the final transform parameters between the two images. The simulation results for two infrared images show that the method can effectively, quickly and accurately register images and be antinoise to some extent.展开更多

Kiln-dried (untreated)jack pine (Pinus banksiana) and jack pine heat-treated at three different temperatures (190 ℃, 200 ℃, and 210 ℃) were exposed to artificial weathering for different periods in order to understand the degradation processes due to weathering. Before and after exposure, their color and wettability by water were determined. Structural changes and chemical modifications at exposed surfaces were also investigated using SEM (scanning electron spectroscopy), FTIR (Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy), and XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy). The results revealed that the photo-degradation of lignin and the presence of extractives play important roles in color change and wetting behavior of heat-treated wood surfaces during weathering. The structural changes also influence the wettability. The effects of weathering for woods heat-treated under different conditions were similar, but different from those for untreated wood.展开更多
Inorganic silica-titania thin films with thicknesses 150 nm-200 nm are deposited on high purity and polished silicon wafer and silica glass substrates by sol-gel dipping process and are patterned by capillary force li...Inorganic silica-titania thin films with thicknesses 150 nm-200 nm are deposited on high purity and polished silicon wafer and silica glass substrates by sol-gel dipping process and are patterned by capillary force lithography technique. Subsequently grating structure is embossed in green stage. The patterned gel films are subjected to stepwise heat treatment to 500 ℃ and above in pure oxygen atmosphere in order to achieve major conversion of mixed-gel to oxide optical films which are characterized by Ellipsometry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) to optimize the fabrication parameters and to get perfectly matched film. Removal of organics and formation of perfectly inorganic silica-titania network at optimized heat treatment in controlled environment are ensured by FTIR spectral study. The difference in refractive indices between the substrate and coated film as developed waveguides for operating wavelength show the planar waveguide behavior of the films. calculated theoretically matches exactly with the (632.8 nm) and the measured optical properties展开更多
