柴胡桂枝干姜汤证患者的红外热成像特性分析

目的分析柴胡桂枝干姜汤证患者的红外热成像特征。方法选择2021年4月至2023年7月在广州中医药大学附属中山中医院内分泌科李乐愚门诊就诊的32例柴胡桂枝干姜汤证患者作为试验组,同期选取32名健康体检者作为对照组,对两组受试者的红外热... 目的分析柴胡桂枝干姜汤证患者的红外热成像特征。方法选择2021年4月至2023年7月在广州中医药大学附属中山中医院内分泌科李乐愚门诊就诊的32例柴胡桂枝干姜汤证患者作为试验组,同期选取32名健康体检者作为对照组,对两组受试者的红外热成像结果进行特定部位的温度区分,并进行相关性分析。对性别、年龄及头面、前躯干、左肋/左乳、右肋/右乳、任脉、督脉温度信息进行单因素分析和Kmeans聚类分析,以是否符合柴胡桂枝干姜汤证作为因变量,进行Logistic回归分析。结果两组受试者年龄及左肋/左乳、右肋/右乳、督脉温度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组头面、前躯干、任脉温度均高于对照组[33.8(33.3,34.2)℃比32.2(31.0,33.0)℃、(33.11±1.26)℃比(32.47±1.01)℃、(33.23±1.14)℃比(32.21±1.29)℃](P<0.05或P<0.01)。Kmeans聚类分析结果显示,左肋/左乳、前驱干、督脉、右肋/右乳温度在红外成像领域的贡献度较高,而年龄的影响力相对较小。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,头面、任脉温度会对柴胡桂枝干姜汤证证型的判断产生显著性影响(OR=5.861,95%CI 2.197~15.637;OR=7.878,95%CI 1.046~59.315)(P<0.05或P<0.01)。模型公式:ln(P/1-P)=70.504+1.768×头面温度+2.064×任脉温度。结论将红外热成像技术与人工智能算法相结合,对于分析复杂的中医方证具有重要意义。在治疗前进行成像特征分析,可为胡桂枝干姜汤证的临床诊断和治疗提供有价值的参考。 展开更多

目的应用中医耳穴贴压技术治疗非特异性腰痛(non-specific low back pain,NLBP)患者,观察10 min后快速临床疗效。方法应用耳穴贴压技术治疗76例训练致NLBP患者,观察患者腰部耳穴治疗前的视诊和触诊反应、耳穴贴压10 min前后的VAS评分、... 目的应用中医耳穴贴压技术治疗非特异性腰痛(non-specific low back pain,NLBP)患者,观察10 min后快速临床疗效。方法应用耳穴贴压技术治疗76例训练致NLBP患者,观察患者腰部耳穴治疗前的视诊和触诊反应、耳穴贴压10 min前后的VAS评分、腰部红外热成像图和腰椎关节活动度的变化。结果经视诊和触诊,61.84%的患者可观察到耳穴阳性反应点,82.89%的腰部耳穴可触诊到结节或者条索状隆起;76.32%的患者按压耳穴10 min后腰部有松解感。耳穴贴压治疗10 min后的VAS评分、腰椎关节活动度均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01)。治疗前,85.53%的患者红外热成像可观察到脊柱热线在腰部断裂,86.15%的患者主诉疼痛位置与脊柱热线断裂处相符;治疗10 min后,56.57%的患者腰部温度升高,51.32%患者的红外热感成像可观察到完整连续的脊柱热线图像分布。结论耳穴贴压可快速减轻NLBP患者的疼痛,增加关节活动度,促进局部血液循环,疏通经络,且操作简单,疗效确切。 展开更多

Numerous coal fires burn underneath the Datong coalfield because of indiscriminate mining.Landsat TM/ETM,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),and infrared thermal imager were employed to monitor underground coal fires in the Majiliang mining area.The thermal field distributions of this area in 2000,2002,2006,2007,and 2009 were obtained using Landsat TM/ETM.The changes in the distribution were then analyzed to approximate the locations of the coal fires.Through UAV imagery employed at a very high resolution(0.2 m),the texture information,linear features,and brightness of the ground fissures in the coal fire area were determined.All these data were combined to build a knowledge model of determining fissures and were used to support underground coal fire detection.An infrared thermal imager was used to map the thermal field distribution of areas where coal fire is serious.Results were analyzed to identify the hot spot trend and the depth of the burning point. 展开更多

【目的】提升柑橘果园的智能化管理水平,快速无损获取柑橘树冠层的施药情况,改善小规模数据集导致施药情况分类模型易发生过拟合的问题。【方法】提出一种基于卷积神经网络的柑橘树冠层施药情况分类模型-VGG_C模型。模型以VGG模型核心... 【目的】提升柑橘果园的智能化管理水平,快速无损获取柑橘树冠层的施药情况,改善小规模数据集导致施药情况分类模型易发生过拟合的问题。【方法】提出一种基于卷积神经网络的柑橘树冠层施药情况分类模型-VGG_C模型。模型以VGG模型核心思想为基础进行构建,通过交叉熵损失函数优化,加速概率分布与真实分布的迭代过程,并在输出端引入不确定性度量计算以及在下采样模块中插入Droupout方法,降低由于数据较少而发生过拟合的概率。【结果】VGG_C模型针对训练集的分类损失值为0.44%,比ResNet和VGG模型分别降低了87%和91%;准确率为95.3%,比ResNet和VGG模型分别提高了5%和10%;验证集的预测平均准确率为96.4%。【结论】VGG_C模型通过多层卷积模型协同实现柑橘冠层热红外图像特征的高效提取,通过优化输出端结构提高了柑橘冠层施药情况分类模型在小数据集规模上的训练测试优度,可为柑橘树施药情况的智能化判断提供有效参考。 展开更多

According to the data characteristics of Landsat thematic mapper (TM) and MODIS, a new fu sion algorithm about thermal infrared data has been proposed in the article based on improving wave let reconstruction. Under the domain of neighborhood wavelet reconstruction, data of TM and MO DIS are divided into three layers using wavelet decomposition. The texture information of TM data is retained by fusing highfrequency information. The neighborhood correction coefficient method (NC CM) is set up based on the search neighborhood of a certain size to fuse lowfrequency information. Thermal infrared value of MODIS data is reduced to the space value of TM data by applying NCCM. The data with high spectrum, high spatial and high temporal resolution, are obtained through the al gorithm in the paper. Verification results show that the texture information of TM data and high spec tral information of MODIS data could be preserved well by the fusion algorithm. This article could provide technical support for high precision and fast extraction of the surface environment parame ters. 展开更多

The concept of stochastic resonance (SR) has been introduced into the analysis of satellite thermal infrared images. Six kinds of anomalous phenomena related to crustal movement were recognized in satellite thermal infrared images. Six diagnostic indicators for the prediction of global earthquakes with magnitude ≥6.0 and their quantitative evaluation standards have been established. The microscopic behavior of global crustal movement is successfully controlled by using satellite thermal infrared imagery, and the occurrence time and magnitude of over 80% of global strong earthquakes occurred since the foundation of the observation station have been successfully predicted. It is believed that the combination of satellite thermal infrared information with macroscopic anomalous phenomena will play an important role in earthquake hazard reduction. 展开更多

With the rapid development of remote sensing technology,space monitoring of volcanic activities has already become possible,particularly in the application of thermal infrared remote sensing. The paper,through the detailed analysis of geothermal anomaly factors such as heat radiation,heat conduction and convection,depicts the monitoring principles by which volcano activities would be monitored efficiently and effectively. Reasons for abrupt geothermal anomaly are mainly analyzed,and transmission mechanism of geothermal anomaly in the volcanic regions is explained. Also,a variety of noises disturbing the transmission of normal geothermal anomaly are presented. Moreover,the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method are verified through experiments. The experimental results demonstrate that the maximum error between the real trajectory and the predicted trajectory of the minimum sensing cell measurement method is 0.64 m,which can achieve infrared target perception and moving trajectory prediction. 展开更多

The components of urban surface cover are diversified,and component temperature has greater physical significance and application values in the studies on urban thermal environment.Although the multi-angle retrieval algorithm of component temperature has been matured gradually,its application in the studies on urban thermal environment is restricted due to the difficulty in acquiring urban-scale multi-angle thermal infrared data.Therefore,based on the existing multi-source multi-band remote sensing data,access to appropriate urban-scale component temperature is an urgent issue to be solved in current studies on urban thermal infrared remote sensing.Then,a retrieval algorithm of urban component temperature by multi-source multi-band remote sensing data on the basis of MODIS and Landsat TM images was proposed with expectations achieved in this work,which was finally validated by the experiment on urban images of Changsha,China.The results show that:1) Mean temperatures of impervious surface components and vegetation components are the maximum and minimum,respectively,which are in accordance with the distribution laws of actual surface temperature; 2) High-accuracy retrieval results are obtained in vegetation component temperature.Moreover,through a contrast between retrieval results and measured data,it is found that the retrieval temperature of impervious surface component has the maximum deviation from measured temperature and its deviation is greater than 1 ℃,while the deviation in vegetation component temperature is relatively low at 0.5 ℃. 展开更多

Temporal and spatial anomalies associated with the Yushu earthquake, including the Outgoing Longwave Radiation( OLR), the Land Surface Temperature( LST) and surface temperature from the National Center for Environmental Prediction( NCEP) are studied using thermal infrared remote sensing data in this paper. All results confirmed the previous observations of thermal anomalies in the seismic region prior to this earthquake.Among the multi-parameter anomalies, the underground water temperature anomaly appeared first and lasted for the longest time; OLR anomaly,an infrared parameter which indicates the radiation characteristics of the land surface medium,was the first to be detected; LST anomalies appeared later than OLR. NCEP temperature indicates the average atmosphere temperature with a certain vertical thickness; therefore,it was the last detected anomaly. The anomalies of OLR and LST lasted for a similar time length and were all located in the south or southwest of the epicenter. 展开更多

Recent changes occurred in terminus of the debris-covered Bilafond Glacier in the Karakoram Range in the Himalayas, Northern Pakistan was investigated in this research. Landsat MSS, TM and ETM+ images were used for this study. Digital elevation models derived from ASTER GDEM and SRTM were also utilized. Visible, infrared and thermal infrared channels were utilized in order to get accurate glacier change maps. Three methods were tried to map this debris-covered glacier in this research. The glacier has been mapped successfully and the changes in the glacier terminus from 1978 to 2011 have been calculated. Manual, semi-automatic and thermal methods were found to give similar results. It was found that the glacier has undergone serious ablation during this period despite of the fact that many of the larger glaciers in the Hindu Kush and Karakoram mountain regions in the Upper Indus Basin were reported to be expanding. The terminus has been moved back about 600 meters during this period and there was an abrupt change in the glacier terminus during 1990-2002. We propose that debris thickness is not the only factor that influences the glacier ablation but the altitude of the debris-covered glacier as well.
