文摘结合静电纺丝和水热法制备了ZnO/SnO_2分级纳米结构.扫描电镜结果显示,直径为20~30 nm且粗细均匀的ZnO纳米棒阵列均匀地生长在长2~10μm的SnO_2纳米线上.与纯ZnO纳米棒和纯SnO_2纳米线相比,ZnO/SnO_2分级纳米结构显现出更优越的气敏性能,在300℃下对体积分数为100×10^(-6)的丙酮气体的灵敏度高达22.76,响应时间为13 s,恢复时间为10 s.
