Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by the aqueous co-precipitation of FeCl3-6H2O and FeCl2-4H2O with addition of ammonium hydroxide. The conditions for the preparation of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were optimized, and Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles obtained were characterized systematically by means of transmission electron microscope (TEM), dynamic laser scattering analyzer (DLS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results revealed that the magnetic nanoparticles were cubic shaped and dispersive, with narrow size distribution and average diameter of 11.4 nm. It was found that the homogeneous variation of pH value in the solution via the control on the dropping rate of aqueous ammonia played a critical role in size distribution. The magnetic response of the product in the magnetic field was also analyzed and evaluated carefully. A 32.6 mT magnetic field which is produced by four ferromagnets was found to be sufficient to excite the dipole moments of 0.05 g Fe3O4 powder 2 cm far away from the ferromagnets. In conclusion, the Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles with excellent properties were competent for the magnetic carders of targeted-drug in future application. 展开更多

Among these systems, mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) with a functional surface possess obvious advantages and were thus rapidly developed for cancer treatment. Many stimuli-responsive materials, such as nanopartides, polymers, and inorganic materials, have been applied as caps and gatekeepers to control drug release from MSNs. This review presents an overview of the recent progress in the production of pH-responsive MSNs based on the pH gradient between normal tissues and the tumor microenvironment. Nickel liner of shaped charge with nano-sized grains was prepared by electroforming technique and the ultra-highstrain-rate deformation was performed by explosive detonation.The as-electroformed and post-deformed microstructures of electroformed nickel liner of shaped charge were observed by optical metallography(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and the orientation distribution of the grains was analyzed by electron backscattering pattern(EBSP) technique.Both melting phenomenon in the jet fragment and recovery and recrystallization in the slug after ultra-high-strain-rate deformation were observed.The research evidence shows that dynamic recovery and recrystallization play an important role in ultra-high-strain-rate deformation for electroformed nickel liner of shaped charge with nano-sized grain. 展开更多

右旋糖酐铁是由氢氧化铁与右旋糖酐络合形成的络合物,右旋糖酐铁注射液为深褐色的胶体溶液,pH5.2~6.5,可用于防治仔猪缺铁性贫血。但目前绝大部分市场在售的右旋糖酐铁注射液都存在刺激性强,可导致仔猪注射部位充血、水肿、硬结、变性... 右旋糖酐铁是由氢氧化铁与右旋糖酐络合形成的络合物,右旋糖酐铁注射液为深褐色的胶体溶液,pH5.2~6.5,可用于防治仔猪缺铁性贫血。但目前绝大部分市场在售的右旋糖酐铁注射液都存在刺激性强,可导致仔猪注射部位充血、水肿、硬结、变性或坏死等;另外,绝大部分市场在售的右旋糖酐铁注射液在仔猪体内吸收差,往往在注射部位肌肉上出现深深的褐色沉积。国外研究证实,右旋糖酐铁注射液由于右旋糖酐铁的分子量和蛋白质、重金属等杂质含量过高,导致仔猪过敏反应和铁吸收差。沈阳中亚兽药业有限公司科研中心通过2年科研攻关及升级生产工艺,采用纳米制药工艺和纳滤精制技术制成"中亚生血"右旋糖酐铁注射液(10%和5%)。本研究通过临床实践证实,"中亚生血"右旋糖酐铁注射液具有吸收好、对肌肉刺激性小、安全性强,及促进仔猪生长、预防白痢和提高成活率等优点。 展开更多

To increase the solubility and adsorption of budesonide(BUD),budesonide-loaded solid lipid nanoparticles(BUD-SLNs) were prepared and characterized in this study.Glycerin monostearate(GMS)was selected to be the matrix lipid material after calculation the differences of partial solubility parameters.An emulsification-ultrasound diffusion method was employed and formula was optimized in the BUD-SLNs preparation.The entrapment efficiency(ee%)of BUD-SLNs was(97.77±2.60)%, and the mean particle size was 147.3 nm(PDI=0.228).Uniform and sphere particles were observed under TEM.The in vitro release of BUD-SLNs could be well explained by the biphasic release dynamics equation.The spectrums of DSC and X-ray diffraction indicated that BUD molecules were dispersed mainly into the lipids to form homogeneous matrix structure.Our results provide fundamental data for the application of SLNs in pulmonary delivery system. 展开更多
