菱镁矿制备高纯氟化镁纳米粒子及反应动力学研究

本文以菱镁矿为原料通过蒸氨、除杂和氟化反应制备了高纯Mg F_(2)纳米粒子,探究了蒸氨过程中温度、反应时间、氨镁比对Mg^(2+)浸出率的影响;除杂过程中草酸用量、静置温度、p H值、静置时间对除杂效果的影响;氟化反应中温度、陈化时间... 本文以菱镁矿为原料通过蒸氨、除杂和氟化反应制备了高纯Mg F_(2)纳米粒子,探究了蒸氨过程中温度、反应时间、氨镁比对Mg^(2+)浸出率的影响;除杂过程中草酸用量、静置温度、p H值、静置时间对除杂效果的影响;氟化反应中温度、陈化时间、氟镁比对Mg F_(2)纯度的影响。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对其纯度和晶型进行表征并研究了Mg F_(2)氟化反应的反应动力学。本工艺制备的纳米级高纯Mg F_(2)粉体纯度可以达到99.9%。本制备工艺具有Mg F_(2)的纯度高、原料成本低、工艺路线简单、除杂效率高的优点。 展开更多

Ceramics in general and particularly alumina (Al2O3) are important materials in various industries, but the main problem with these materials is related to some of their mechanical properties including low resistance against mechanical shock (hardness-toughness), which makes them to be so brittle, and possession of high degree of porosity which reduces their strength and gives them fragile characteristics. Researchers report indicates that the presence of the second phase with suitable properties can improve some of the mechanical properties of these materials and optimize their characteristic. Carbon nanotubes with unique physical characteristics such as large aspect ratio, high strength and Young's modulus and improved thermal properties could be suitable candidates for this purpose. In this study, the growth of multi wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) on the alumina support as the matrix of the composite has been carried out, using catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) method in which the iron nanoparticles has been selected as catalyst materials. Ethylene gas is used as feed materials for carbon source and argon as the carrier gas. In order to achieve a more comprehensive results, we have investigated the effects of some fabricating parameters like catalyst particle size, its weight percentage related to support material, alumina and to the some synthesizing temperature gases flow rate. Fabricated ceramics composites samples structures were analyzed using SEM images as well as Raman scattering spectra and X-ray diffraction pattern. 展开更多

Nano size nickel copper ferrite powders (NiCuFe204) and nickel copper zinc ferrite powders have been prepared by a citrate gel precursor method. The resulting powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that nickel copper ferrites and nickel copper zinc ferrites were also in the nanosaele. The NiCu ferrite powders showed extensive XRD fine broadening and sizes of crystals were calculated (from the XRD line broadening) as 26 run-44 run over the temperature range is 200-800℃. The NiCuZn ferrite powders showed XRD line broadening and sizes of of crystals were calculated 46-65 nm over 200-800℃. 展开更多

Cubic phase spherical zirconia nano-powder was prepared by a direct template route in the lamellar liquid crystal formed by polyoxyethylene tert-octylphenyl ether(Triton X-100)/sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)/H_2O.The precursor powder and zirconia powder were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,TG/DSC,TEM,and SEM methods.Results show that the stability of the lamellar liquid crystal is controlled by NH_3·H_2O concentration.The size of nanoparticles is greatly affected by NH_3·H_2O and ZrOCl_2·8H_2O concentrations.The zirconia nanoparticles show narrow particle size distribution of 10-30 nm. 展开更多
