从雷炳林及其发明看中国近代纺织科研发展

Combustion Properties of Textiles Applied in Tibet Ancient Buildings and Their Clean Flame Retarding Designs 被引量:2

Their combustion p... In the Tibet ancient buildings, there are large amounts of combustible decorative textiles that pose great potential fire hazards. Some typical textile samples were collected from the Potala Palace. Their combustion properties were analyzed by UL 94 Vertical Burning test and Limiting Oxygen Index test. The effects of plateau climate on combustion properties, an important fact required to be considered in the flame retarding design for combustible textiles, were preliminarily compared via test data in the plain and those in the plateau. Based on the foregoing analyses, some thoughts were presented on the clean and feasible flame retarding means for the decorative textiles due to their special applications in Tibet, in ancient buildings and in plateau climate. The fire resistance, weather resistance, UV resistance, endurance, ornamentation and religious performances for these textiles must be taken into considerations comprehensively in the designs. 展开更多

The modern textile production is driven by order forms, in which continuous and discrete characteristics both exist. Hybrid Petri net (HPN) was selected to build the textile production model that described all operations in a uniform form, and connected them by discrete places and inhibitor arcs. Based on this structured model, the mathematical programming description was given. In order to take the minimal costs and complete all order forms in due time, genetic algorithm (GA) was used to optimize the production scheduling scheme. Using the data from a textile enterprise, the simulation proves that the proposed method is effective. 展开更多

The aim of this paper is to propose a discussion about inventory control and to present a new method for testing the control process in terms of uncertainty. The subject matter is modelling for optimal control that ultimately provides the basic parameters for the level of safety stock and the cycle of deliveries. An optimisation criterion is a function minimising the total costs of storage and production coming to a halt because of depleted stock of inputs. Considering the results of the study, it is found that appropriate management process of textile companies requires determining raw materials stocks and its costs very precisely. The stream management process in the enterprise includes an element of fluctuations in demand. This is the source of "a conflict" that appears in two sub-systems: storage and production. At the same time, a systemic approach to the optimal coordination of supply/production calls for effective management of the whole system. Implementation of modem information technologies is one of the factors that support the effective control. 展开更多
