评定纺织品的色度和色差是纺织品检验的重要项目之一,传统人工比对方法效率低且易受主观因素影响,仪器测色方法因为检测的准确度和稳定性尚未充分检验而推广受限。本研究建立了一种基于分光光度法的自校准式颜色测量方法。该方法对传统... 评定纺织品的色度和色差是纺织品检验的重要项目之一,传统人工比对方法效率低且易受主观因素影响,仪器测色方法因为检测的准确度和稳定性尚未充分检验而推广受限。本研究建立了一种基于分光光度法的自校准式颜色测量方法。该方法对传统分光测色仪改进,通过专用软件控制试样载台移动实现一测一校式颜色测量,由分光光度传感器获取样品的反射光谱数据后,自动计算纺织品颜色的三刺激值X、Y、Z等值。先后对三组包含不同组织和颜色特征的织物试样进行测量,分析该方法对颜色数据检测的准确性、可重复性和稳定性,结果表明:基于分光光度法的自校准颜色测试方法测量结果准确,数据稳定性高、重复性好,并且仪器校准快速,对环境因素变化的抗干扰能力好,适用于纺织面料色度色差测量。 展开更多

It is essential to measure the stitch length of weft knitted fabric in a static environment for economy and improving productivity. The image inputted was dealt with the digital image processing techniques: the paper carried out the transformation of grey scale; then removed impurities with filtering; the characteristic of the stitch structure was abstracted by using the Fourier transform technique. To obtain the stitch length more accurately, we should establish ageometric medal of the stitch lined on the digital image processing, which provides a way to transform the stitch length in the two-dimenslon space into a three-dimension space. This study provides a new methed for measuring the stitch length without damaging the fabric. 展开更多

Roller is an important workpiece of automatic spinning machine. Only if the chamferR on the root bottom of roller's guide pillar meets processing accuracy requirement can the end face of one roller's guide pillar match the correct position of another roller's end face on the guide hole. Therefore, the size of chamfer R on the root bottomof the roller's guide pillar has an important influence on the operating state of automatic spinning machine. In order to achieve the rapid, automatic and precise measurement of chamfer R on the root bottom of roller, an auto detection system }'or roller~ s chamfer based on computer vision technology is proposed. Firstly, the principle of measurement based on computer vision technology is introduced. And then the extraction method of charnfer^s characteristic parameters is presented, which uses image processing technique to obtain these characteristic parameters by means of collected images of roller contour, including extraction of region of interest, extraction of subpixel precise edge, segmentation of arc and line, fittingof geometric primitives, etc. Finally, after experimental verification, the measurement error is within + 5 μm and repeated accuracy is 0.1 pm. The results show that this measurement method is applicable to not only the chamfer on the textile workpiece, but also the workpieces of shaft type with various of sizes. 展开更多

Liquid SiO2 solutions produced by silicon-based nano- powder are covered on the fabric surface by using spray method. Fabric surfaces were coated at the room temperature in air with the different spray nozzles. Surface analysis of the coated fabric was performed by using Contact Angle and SEM pictures. According to the Contact Angles measurements, the coated fabric surfaces showed hydrophobic character between 126 and 146 degrees, and the SiO2 particles sticked to the fabric fibers as seen from SEM picture. 展开更多
