As more and more profile fibers and multi-variance fibers used in textile industry, the properties of above two kinds of differential polyester filaments after drawing in different heat conditions were studied. Finally following conclusions were obtained: Firstly, the tenacity and elongation at break decreases with the rise of Tp. Secondly, the tenacity rises but the elongation at break decreases with the increase of Tb. Then, when the Tb is low, both the shrinkage in boiling water and hi hot air decreases with the rise of Tp, while, when the Tb is high, both the shrinkage rises with the rise of Tp. The last, both the shrinkage decreases with the rise of Tb.展开更多

The loom efficiency was reduced considerably by the increase of the frequency of weak places in the warp. Warp should vibrate with low-frequency to reduce the friction times. The objective of this research was to establish the transverse/longitudinal vibration differential equations of warp and analyze the fluctuation process of warp movement by nonlinear method. Based on variable separation method, the time variable was separated from space variable, and the numerical solutions of vibration equations were obtained by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method. Finally, the influencing factors and variable trends on warp vibration were discussed. The methods on control warp vibration were introduced, which could guide the engineering practice. The most important way to reduce warp vibration is quick adjustment of warp tension.展开更多

Fibre-bundle tensile behaviour has been measured by means of the Sirolan-Tensor in order to derive a typical specific stress — extension curve. According to the typical tensile curve, the relationships between the blend ratio and the tensile parameters are discussed and established. Two new algorithms, so-called the strength method and the work method, have been developed for the blend-ratio estimation of blended fibre bundles. The relevant blend-ratios and calculations of the two methods are defined in detail. Also, the characteristics have been explained for every calculation and compared to each others. The experimental results show that the blend ratios estimated from the theoretical methods are high coincidence with the measured results. Meanwhile, the specific stress — extension curve of blended fibre bundles depends directly on the blend ratios of the fibre bundles.展开更多

Performance effect, influencing factor, control condition have been reviewed and parameters of correlation have been analyzed in this experiment. The experiment and actual performance results indicate that this process is an effective way to remove the COD, suspended solid and colority with the value of 100 mg/L, 50 mg/L and 70 multiple respectively. The effluent meets the requirement of the standards of national sewage discharge. This process features a simple schematic, small location, continuous, reliable performance, strong shock and loading resistance and easy operation. Experimental data can provide scientific evidence and technical support for engineering practice of this process.展开更多
