针对给定的图像3D打印问题,提出一种基于线型图逼近的打印路径生成算法,并对打印路径进行几何与拓扑优化,使得生成的路径可以满足3D打印的条件.首先对给定图像进行初始化,即通过对图片进行分块采样.点的连通与边界提取来得到保持原图片... 针对给定的图像3D打印问题,提出一种基于线型图逼近的打印路径生成算法,并对打印路径进行几何与拓扑优化,使得生成的路径可以满足3D打印的条件.首先对给定图像进行初始化,即通过对图片进行分块采样.点的连通与边界提取来得到保持原图片色调变化与轮廓特征的初始的线型图;然后通过几何优化修正组成线型图点的位置,使得它们的连线平滑且尖锐的拐点减少;再通过拓扑优化改变局部区域中的点的连接关系,消除因几何优化带来的连线自交问题,同时将边界与内部线连接起来;最后将点的连接顺序作为3D打印的路径,通过3D打印机进行制造.实验结果表明,该方法能够有效且高效地给图像生成线型图并用于3D打印. 展开更多

A modified reduced-order method for RC networks which takes a division-and-conquest strategy is presented.The whole network is partitioned into a set of sub-networks at first,then each of them is reduced by Krylov subspace techniques,and finally all the reduced sub-networks are incorporated together.With some accuracy,this method can reduce the number of both nodes and components of the circuit comparing to the traditional methods which usually only offer a reduced net with less nodes.This can markedly accelerate the sparse-matrix-based simulators whose performance is dominated by the entity of the matrix or the number of components of the circuits. 展开更多

At the first stage, ... A two-stage method for image segmentation based on edge and region information is proposed. Different deformation schemes are used at two stages for segmenting the object correctly in image plane. At the first stage, the contour of the model is divided into several segments hierarchically that deform respectively using affine transformation. After the contour is deformed to the approximate boundary of object, a fine match mechanism using statistical information of local region to redefine the external energy of the model is used to make the contour fit the object's boundary exactly. The algorithm is effective, as the hierarchical segmental deformation makes use of the globe and local information of the image, the affine transformation keeps the consistency of the model, and the reformative approaches of computing the internal energy and external energy are proposed to reduce the algorithm complexity. The adaptive method of defining the search area at the second stage makes the model converge quickly. The experimental results indicate that the proposed model is effective and robust to local minima and able to search for concave objects. 展开更多

In the paper, we define a class of sparse linear systems in iterative algorithm. The iterative method for linear system can be extended to the dummy sparse linear system. We apply the Gauss-Seidel method, which is one of the iterative methods for linear system, to the thermal model of floorplan of VLSI physical design. The experimental results of dummy sparse linear system are computed by using Gauss-Seidel method that have shown our theory analysis and extendibility. The iterative time of our incremental thermal model is 5 times faster than that of the inverting matrix method. 展开更多

Experimental tests were conducted to evaluate the hydrodynamic performance of an L-type podded propulsor in straight-ahead motion and off-design conditions using an open-water measuring instrument developed by the authors for podded propulsors, a ship model towing tank, and under water particle image velocimetry (PIV) measurement systems. Under the three types of conditions, the main parameters of an L-type podded propulsor were measured, including the propeller thrust and torque, as well as the thrust, side force, and moment of the whole pod unit.In addition, the flow field on the section between the propeller and the strut was analyzed. Experimental results demonstrate that the dynamic azimuthing rate and direction and the turning direction affect the forces on the propeller and the whole pod unit. Forces are asymmetrically distributed between the left and right azimuthing directions because of the effect of propeller rotation. The findings of this study provide a foundation for further research on L-type podded propulsors. 展开更多

The residue curve maps of ethyl acetate synthesis reaction were calculated based on the pseudo-homogeneous rate-based kinetic model and the NRTL activity coefficient model. The results show that the unstable node branch emerges from the ethyl acetate/water edge, moving toward the chemical equilibrium surface with the increase of Damkoeler value (D), and the node reaches the ternary reactive azeotrope when D-∞ eventually. Conceptual design for the ethyl acetate synthesis of reactive distillation based on the residue curve maps is presented at last. 展开更多

In this paper, we extensively studied a mathematical model of biology. It helps us to understand the dynamical procedure of population changes in biological population model and provides valuable predictions. In this model, we establish a variety of exact solutions. To study the exact solutions, we used a fractional complex transform to convert the particular partial differential equation of fractional order into corresponding partial differential equation and modified exp-function method is implemented to investigate the nonlinear equation. Graphical demonstrations along with the numerical data reinforce the efficacy of the used procedure. The specified idea is very effective, unfailing, well-organized and pragmatic for fractional PDEs and could be protracted to further physical happenings. 展开更多
