The effect of static transmission error on nonlinear dynamic response of the spiral bevel gear system combining with time-varying stiffness and backlash was investigated.Firstly,two different control equations of the ...The effect of static transmission error on nonlinear dynamic response of the spiral bevel gear system combining with time-varying stiffness and backlash was investigated.Firstly,two different control equations of the spiral bevel gear model were adopted,where the static transmission error was expressed in two patterns as predesigned parabolic function and sine function of transmission errors.The dynamic response,bifurcation map,time domain response,phase curve and Poincare map were obtained by applying the explicit Runge-Kutta integration routine with variable-step.A comparative study was carried out and some profound phenomena were detected.The results show that there are many different kinds of tooth rattling phenomena at low speed.With the increase of speed,the system enters into stable motion without any rattling in the region(0.72,1.64),which indicates that the system with predesigned parabolic function of transmission error has preferable capability at high speed.展开更多
The original nonlinear chirp scaling(NCS) algorithm was extended for high precision processing of the highly squinted curvilinear trajectory synthetic aperture radar(CTSAR).Based on the analysis of slant range model a...The original nonlinear chirp scaling(NCS) algorithm was extended for high precision processing of the highly squinted curvilinear trajectory synthetic aperture radar(CTSAR).Based on the analysis of slant range model and the frequency spectrum characteristics of the echo signal,a novel nonlinear chirp scaling function and more complex phase compensation factors with both velocity and acceleration parameters were proposed in the new algorithm for accommodation to curvilinear trajectory.The processing flow and computational complexity of modified NCS algorithm were fundamentally the same as the original NCS algorithm.However,the higher order phase compensation,range cell migration correction(RCMC) and range-variant secondary range compression(SRC) caused by the non-linear aperture and the severe range-azimuth coupling were accomplished accurately and efficiently without interpolation.Simulation results show that data acquired with a curvilinear aperture and a squint angle up to about 50° for X-band can be processed with no evident degradation of impulse response function.展开更多
This paper proposes a new non-intrusive trigonometric polynomial approximation interval method for the dynamic response analysis of nonlinear systems with uncertain-but-bounded parameters and/or initial conditions.Thi...This paper proposes a new non-intrusive trigonometric polynomial approximation interval method for the dynamic response analysis of nonlinear systems with uncertain-but-bounded parameters and/or initial conditions.This method provides tighter solution ranges compared to the existing approximation interval methods.We consider trigonometric approximation polynomials of three types:both cosine and sine functions,the sine function,and the cosine function.Thus,special interval arithmetic for trigonometric function without overestimation can be used to obtain interval results.The interval method using trigonometric approximation polynomials with a cosine functional form exhibits better performance than the existing Taylor interval method and Chebyshev interval method.Finally,two typical numerical examples with nonlinearity are applied to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多
Using an expression of optical conductivity,based on the linear response theory,the Green's function technique and within the Holstein Hamiltonian model,the effect of electron-phonon interaction on the optical con...Using an expression of optical conductivity,based on the linear response theory,the Green's function technique and within the Holstein Hamiltonian model,the effect of electron-phonon interaction on the optical conductivity of graphene plane is studied.It is found that the electron-phonon coupling increases the optical conductivity of graphene sheet in the low frequency region due to decreasing quasiparticle weight of electron excitation while the optical conductivity reduces in the high frequency region.The latter is due to role of electrical field's frequency.展开更多
