针对作业过程中农机触土部件出现断裂且实测载荷谱困难的问题,在额定工况下,对农机触土部件的疲劳强度进行了研究,提出了基于离散元法与多柔体动力学双向耦合的疲劳分析方法。以井窖制作机为例,采用非线性有限元柔性体建模法构建了其成... 针对作业过程中农机触土部件出现断裂且实测载荷谱困难的问题,在额定工况下,对农机触土部件的疲劳强度进行了研究,提出了基于离散元法与多柔体动力学双向耦合的疲劳分析方法。以井窖制作机为例,采用非线性有限元柔性体建模法构建了其成穴钻头总成装置刚-柔耦合动力学模型,在此基础上与离散元仿真耦合,数值模拟成穴钻头-土壤相互作用过程,提取了成穴钻头的动态工作载荷谱;基于疲劳分析相关理论,利用疲劳仿真软件预测了成穴钻头的疲劳寿命。研究结果表明:触土部件成穴钻头的疲劳强度薄弱区域位于圆锥面靠小端,仿真预测的破坏区域与实际断裂位置基本吻合,证明了DEM与MFBD双向耦合的疲劳分析方法能够准确地预测成穴钻头的动态响应特性和疲劳寿命,为其疲劳强度设计提供具有价值的参考。 展开更多

The solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is a nonlinear system that is hard to model by conventional methods. So far,most existing models are based on conversion laws,which are too complicated to be applied to design a control system. To facilitate a valid control strategy design,this paper tries to avoid the internal complexities and presents a modelling study of SOFC per-formance by using a radial basis function (RBF) neural network based on a genetic algorithm (GA). During the process of mod-elling,the GA aims to optimize the parameters of RBF neural networks and the optimum values are regarded as the initial values of the RBF neural network parameters. The validity and accuracy of modelling are tested by simulations,whose results reveal that it is feasible to establish the model of SOFC stack by using RBF neural networks identification based on the GA. Furthermore,it is possible to design an online controller of a SOFC stack based on this GA-RBF neural network identification model. 展开更多

In the past two decades, short-term scheduling of multipurpose batch plants has received significant attention. Most scheduling problems are modeled using either state-task-network or resource-task-network(RTN) process representation. In this paper, an improved mixed integer linear programming model for short-term schedul-ing of multipurpose batch plants under maximization of profit is proposed based on RTN representation and unit-specific events. To solve the model, a hybrid algorithm based on line-up competition algorithm and linear programming is presented. The proposed model and hybrid algorithm are applied to two benchmark examples in literature. The simulation results show that the proposed model and hybrid algorithm are effective for short-term scheduling of multipurpose batch plants. 展开更多

A new model for three-dimensional processes based on the trinion algebra is introduced for the first time.Compared to the pure quaternion model, the trinion model is more compact and computationally more efficient,while having similar or comparable performance in terms of adaptive linear filtering. Moreover, the trinion model can effectively represent the general relationship of state evolution in Kalman filtering, where the pure quaternion model fails. Simulations on real-world wind recordings and synthetic data sets are provided to demonstrate the potential of this new modeling method. 展开更多

In this paper, the output consensus problem of general heterogeneous nonlinear multi-agent systems subject to different disturbances is considered. A kind of Takagi-Sukeno fuzzy modeling method is used to describe the nonlinear agents' dynamics. Based on the model, a distributed fuzzy observer and controller are designed based on parallel distributed compensation scheme and internal reference models such that the heterogeneous nonlinear multi-agent systems can achieve output consensus. Then a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the output consensus problem. And it is shown that the consensus trajectory of the global fuzzy model is determined by the network topology and the initial states of the internal reference models. Finally, some simulations are given to illustrate and verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. 展开更多
