The precursor was obtained by room-temperature solid-state grinding reaction between Zn(CH3COO)2-2H2O and Na2CO3. Crystal structure and morphology of the products were analyzed and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The results of further experiments show that PEG400 has an important role in the formation of ZnO hexagonal pyramids. Difference between the single and double hexagonal pyramid structure may come from the special thermal decomposition reaction. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra of ZnO hexagonal pyramids exhibit strong near-band-edge emission at about 386 nm and weak green emission at about 550 nm. The Raman-active vibration at about 435 cm-1 suggests that the ZnO hexagonal pyramids have high crystallinity.展开更多

Full parameter optimization without symmetry restrictions for reactants, products, the possible transition states, and intermediates was calculated. Vibration frequency was analyzed for all of stagnation points on the potential energy surface at the same theoretical level. The internal reaction coordinate was calculated from the transition states to reactants and products respectively. The results showed as flloes: (i) Coordination compounds were formed on the optimum configuration of TiCl3/AlEt2Cl.(ii) The transition states were formed. The energy di?erence between transition states and the coordination compounds was 40.687 kJ/mol. (iii) Double bond opened and Ti-C(4) bond fractured, and the polymerization was completed. The calculation results also showed that the chain growth mechanism did not essentially change with the increase of carbon atom number of α-linear olefin. From the relationship between polymerization activation energy and carbon atom number of the α-linear olefin, it can be seen that the α-linear olefin monomers with 6-10 carbon atoms had low activation energy and wide range. It was optimum to synthesize drag reduction agent by polymerization.展开更多

Filtering is realized by combining neural networks with the nonlinear Schroedinger equation and the time-variant probability density function of signals is estimated by solution of the equation. It is shown that obviously different performances can be achieved by the control of weight coefficients of potential fields. Based on this characteristic, a novel filtering algorithm is proposed, and utilizing this algorithm, the nonlinear waveform distortion of output signals and the denoising capability of the filters can be compromised. This will make the application of quantum stochastic filters be greatly extended, such as in applying the filters to the processing of communication signals. The predominant performance of quantum stochastic filters is shown by simulation results.展开更多
