棒材做为工农业发展的重要部分,早已用于各行各业当中,为我国社会经济发展以及现代化的建设做出了巨大贡献。然而,由于在煅造和轧制过程中也会产生纵向裂痕、横着裂痕、鱼鳞状褶子等缺陷,棒材在高温下、高压、交变载荷等极端的应用环境... 棒材做为工农业发展的重要部分,早已用于各行各业当中,为我国社会经济发展以及现代化的建设做出了巨大贡献。然而,由于在煅造和轧制过程中也会产生纵向裂痕、横着裂痕、鱼鳞状褶子等缺陷,棒材在高温下、高压、交变载荷等极端的应用环境里的无效作用将会引起比较严重的事故,甚至出现严重的财物损毁和人员伤亡事故。因此,对棒材进行无损测试,以保证质量的稳定性。在目前的诸多传统棒材无损检测技术中,超声波传感器无损检测技术因其穿透力强、分辨率高、测量灵敏度高、技术内涵丰富、对人类安全无害而成为了最热门的无损检验技术。不过,伴随着社会生产力的不断发展和社会经济发展水平的不断提升,传统棒材超声波无损检验技术已经无法适应当代的棒材检验要求。而相控阵超声波无损检验技术则以其灵便、快速、准确和数字化的优势,实现了棒材的超声波无损检测方案。 展开更多

The output response of the linear wide-band array is equal to the convolution of impulse response functions with wide-band pulse exeiting signal. Sound field distributions and impulse responses of three kinds of transducers are compared. The results can be used to optimize the parameters of the linear phased array transducers used in uhrasonie imaging in nondestructive testing (NDT). 展开更多

The prominent capability of large continuous Field-of-View (FoV) coverage and fast survey speed makes PAF the promising feed for radio telescopes. In this paper, the effect of feed array of PAF on the gain fluctuations over FoV is analyzed on a sim- plified model of the Five-hundred-meter Spherical Aperture radio Telescope (FAST), including illu- mination pattern edge taper, element spacing, element arrangement and element amount. To gain the tradeoff between lower sidelobe and higher power amplifiers efficiency,a transmitting beam shaping scheme with limited amplitude weight values for satellite active phased array antenna is presented. The scheme is implemented by a dual coding genetic algorithm(GA). Phase and amplitude of array weight vectors for beam shaping are encoded by real coding and finite length binary coding,respectively,which,maintaining accuracy of results,reduces the amplitude dynamic range and improves the efficiency of power amplifiers. The presented algorithm,compared with complex-coded GA,increases the convergence rate due to the search space's decrease. In order to overcome the prematurity and obtain better global optimization or quasi-global optimization,a new dual coding GA based on "species diversity retention" strategy and adaptive crossover and mutation probability are presented. 展开更多

A comprehensive study on the role of the phase errors distribution on the performances of the phased array systems has been led using a complete and behavioral model for radiation-pattern characteristics. The used model has many input parameters and it has a lot of features, such as parameters simulations with results analysis, unconventional two-dimensional color graph representation capability in order to show more clearly the results. The results of the study have been discussed and reported. The main achievement of this work is the demonstration that the RMS phase error is a valuable figure of merit of phased array systems but it is not sufficient to completely describe the behavior of a real system. Indeed, this work has shown how the phase errors distribution actually affects the performances of the phased arrays antennas. 展开更多
