为解决表面凹坑缺陷与其他平面表面缺陷同时在线检测的问题,提出一种基于单线阵CCD系统进行表面凹坑缺陷检测的方法.根据光辐射照射模型和相机成像模型,建立了基于单线阵CCD的凹坑检测数学模型,由模型推导出图像像素灰度与凹坑深度的关... 为解决表面凹坑缺陷与其他平面表面缺陷同时在线检测的问题,提出一种基于单线阵CCD系统进行表面凹坑缺陷检测的方法.根据光辐射照射模型和相机成像模型,建立了基于单线阵CCD的凹坑检测数学模型,由模型推导出图像像素灰度与凹坑深度的关系,利用特定光源和光照角度的关系,进行表面凹坑缺陷的检测.结果表明,由于凹坑边缘部位深度的渐变引起CCD输出电压信号的渐变,凹坑图像呈现边缘像素灰度渐变现象,且随光源光照角度的降低,凹坑图像特征更加突出.边缘灰度渐变的图像特征成为凹坑缺陷与其他平面缺陷相区别的重要特征,有利于凹坑缺陷的检测与识别. 展开更多

The problem of the stability for a class of stochastic systems with time-varying interval delay and the norm-bounded uncertainty is investigated. Utilizing the information of both the lower and the upper bounds of the interval time-varying delay, a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed. The delay-dependent sufficient criteria are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be easily checked by the LMI in the Matlab toolbox. Based on the Jensen integral inequality, neither model transformations nor bounding techniques for cross terms is employed, so the derived criteria are less conservative than the existing results. Meanwhile, the computational complexity of the obtained stability conditions is reduced because no redundant matrix is introduced. A numerical example is given to show the effectiveness and the benefits of the proposed method. 展开更多

Based on input-output approach, the robust stability and stabilization problems for uncertain singular systems with time-varying delays are investigated. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded and the time-varying delays include both discrete delay and distributed delay. By introducing a new input-output model, the time-delay system is embedded in a family of systems with a forward system without time delay and a dynamical feedback uncertainty. A sufficient and necessary condition, which guarantees the system regular, impulse-free and stable for all admissible uncertainties, is obtained. Based on the strict linear matrix inequality, the desired robust state feedback controller is also obtained. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the application of the proposed method. 展开更多

The H_∞ performance analysis and controller design for linear networked control systems(NCSs) are presented.The NCSs are considered a linear continuous system with time-varying interval input delay by assuming that the sensor is time-driven and the logic Zero-order-holder(ZOH) and controller are event-driven.Based on this model,the delay interval is divided into two equal subintervals for H_∞ performance analysis.An improved H_∞ stabilization condition is obtained in linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) framework by adequately considering the information about the bounds of the input delay to construct novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals(LKFs).For the purpose of reducing the conservatism of the proposed results,the bounds of the LKFs differential cross terms are properly estimated without introducing any slack matrix variables.Moreover,the H_∞ controller is reasonably designed to guarantee the robust asymptotic stability for the linear NCSs with an H_∞ performance level γ.Numerical simulation examples are included to validate the reduced conservatism and effectiveness of our proposed method. 展开更多

For a class of linear discrete-time systems that is subject to randomly occurred networked packet loss in industrial cyber physical systems, a novel robust model predictive control method with active compensation mechanism was proposed. The probability distribution of packet loss is described as the Bernoulli distributed white sequences. By using the Lyapunov stability theory, the existing sufficient conditions of the controller are derived from solving a group of linear matrix inequalities. Moreover, dropout-rate with uncertainty and unknown dropout-rate are also considered, which can greatly reduce the conservativeness of the controller. The designed robust model predictive control method not only efficiently eliminates the negative effects of the networked data loss in industrial cyber physical systems but also ensures the stability of closed-loop system. Two examples were provided to illustrate the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

Conditions for the existence of such a fault detection observer are given in terms of matrix inequalities. The solution is obtained by new iterative linear matrix inequality (ILMI) algorithms. The RFD observer design over finite frequency range in which Of does not have full column rank for a system is also considered. In this paper,the fault detection filter(FDF) design problem for networked control systems(NCSs) with both network-induced delay and data dropout is studied.Based on a new NCSs model proposed recently,an observer-based filter is introduced to be the residual generator and formulated as an H∞-optimization problem for systems with two successive delay components.By applying Lyapunov-Krasovskii approach,a new sufficient condition on stability and H∞ performance is derived for systems with two successive delay components in the state.A solution of the optimization problem is then presented in terms of linear matrix inequality(LMI) formulation,dependently of time delay.In order to detect the fault,the residual evaluation problem is also considered.An illustrative design example is employed to demonstrate the validity of the proposed approach. 展开更多

This job focuses on the stroke regulation of a class of high-precision metering pumps.A parametertuning method of robust non-fragile PID(proportional-integral-derivative)controllers is proposed with the assumption that a PID controller has additive gain perturbations.An H-infinite robust PID controller can be obtained by solving a linear matrix inequality.This approach can guarantee that the closed-loop control systems is asymptotically stable and the H-infinite norm of the transfer function from the disturbance to the output of a controlled system is less than a given constant to attenuate disturbances.The simulation case shows that the control performance of the proposed strategy is significantly better than the traditional PID approach in the situation with perturbations of controller parameters. 展开更多

We introduce a general complex dynamical network model. The model is equivalent to a simple vector model of adopting the Kronecker product. Some synchronization criteria,including time-variant networks and time-varying networks,are deduced based on Lyapunov's stability theory,and they are proven on the condition of obtaining a certain synchronous solution of an isolated cell. In particular,the inner-coupling matrix directly determines the synchronization of the time-invariant network; while for a time-varying periodic dynamical network,the asymptotic stability of a synchronous solution is determined by a constant matrix which is related to the fundamental solution matrices of the linearization system.
