以页岩气平台井组井间干扰影响因素为研究对象,利用数值试井分析技术,研究了不同储层基质渗透率、压裂改造参数、井间距、激动强度等参数对井间干扰的影响程度.在此基础上,掌握了页岩气水平井不同生产时间的压力分布特征,明确了井间干... 以页岩气平台井组井间干扰影响因素为研究对象,利用数值试井分析技术,研究了不同储层基质渗透率、压裂改造参数、井间距、激动强度等参数对井间干扰的影响程度.在此基础上,掌握了页岩气水平井不同生产时间的压力分布特征,明确了井间干扰对气井最终可采储量(EUR)的影响程度,形成了综合考虑气井EUR和井控地质储量采收率的井距优化分析方法.结果表明:在天然裂缝不发育、井间人工缝网未沟通的情况下,压力波在改造区外传播范围有限,页岩气平台井组井间干扰强度一般较弱,在改造区及其附近压降程度最大,优化井距时不仅要考虑井间是否有压力干扰响应,更要考虑压力干扰的强度;天然裂缝越发育、压裂改造范围越大,则井间干扰越明显,优化井距要综合考虑天然裂缝发育程度及压裂改造范围的影响;受井间干扰影响,气井EUR随井距增加而增加、但增加幅度逐渐变小,采收率则随井距增加而下降、下降幅度逐渐增大;需要根据平台井组地质工程特征,综合考虑气井EUR和井控地质储量采收率优化井距. 展开更多

The World Health Organization recommends that the daily intake of added sugars should make up no more than 10% of total energy.The consumption of sugarsweetened beverages is the main source of added sugars.Fructose,together with glucose,as a component of high fructose corn syrups or as a component of the sucrose molecule,is one of the main sweeteners present in this kind of beverages.Data from prospective and intervention studies clearly point to high fructose consumption,mainly in the form of sweetened beverages,as a risk factor for several metabolic diseases in humans.The incidence of hypertension,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),dyslipidemia(mainly hypertriglyceridemia),insulin resistance,type 2 diabetes mellitus,obesity,and the cluster of many of these pathologies in the form of metabolic syndrome is higher in human population segments that show high intake of fructose.Adolescent and young adults from lowincome families are especially at risk.We recently reviewed evidence from experimental animals and human data that confirms the deleterious effect of fructose on lipid and glucose metabolism.In this present review we update the information generated in the past 2 years about high consumption of fructose-enriched beverages and the occurrence of metabolic disturbances,especially NAFLD,type 2 diabetes mellitus,and metabolic syndrome.We have explored recent data from observational and experimental human studies,as well as experimental data from animal and cell models.Finally,using information generated in our laboratory and others,we provide a view of the molecular mechanisms that may be specifically involved in the development of liver lipid and glucose metabolic alterations after fructose consumption in liquid form. 展开更多

国内外页岩气田大量采用水平井组开发模式,在提高了生产效率的同时也降低了管理成本。基于页岩气藏特殊渗流机理及解吸扩散规律,建立了页岩气多级压裂水平井渗流数学模型,并分析了其不稳定产量递减规律,结合平台式水平井组生产方式,模... 国内外页岩气田大量采用水平井组开发模式,在提高了生产效率的同时也降低了管理成本。基于页岩气藏特殊渗流机理及解吸扩散规律,建立了页岩气多级压裂水平井渗流数学模型,并分析了其不稳定产量递减规律,结合平台式水平井组生产方式,模拟了水平井组内多井生产情况并分析了多井干扰对于水平井组生产效果的影响,进一步明确了在井组内存在不同井数和井距情况下的生产动态特征。通过多种方法对比,认为精细化的数值模拟法适用于页岩气水平井组的产量递减分析,并在此基础上进一步探索性地提出了页岩气水平井组动态监测方案。研究结果为页岩气水平井组开发技术政策制定及动态分析方法优选提供了借鉴。 展开更多

The authors have invented the unique ocean wave power station,which is composed of the floating type platform with a pair of the floats lining up at the interval of one wave pitch and the counter-rotating type wave power unit,its runners are submerged in the seawater at the middle position of the platform.Such profiles make the flow velocity at the runner is twice faster than that of the traditional fixed/caisson type OWC,on the ideal flow conditions.Besides,the runners counter-rotate the inner and the outer armatures of the peculiar generator,respectively,and the relative rotational speed is also twice faster than the speed of the single runner/armature.Such characteristics make the runner diameter large,namely the output higher,as requested,because the torque of the power unit never act on the floating type platform.At the preliminary reseach,this paper verifies to get the power using a Wells type single runner installed in the model station.The runner takes the output which is affected by the oscillating amplitude of the platform,the rotational speed and the inertia force of the runner,etc. 展开更多
