针对黄淮麦区近年来小麦冻害频发问题,选用当地两类强筋小麦主导品种(半冬性新麦19和弱春性郑麦9023),进行播期播量组合选优试验.每类品种以当地群众习惯播期为中基,差值6d提前和推后各设2个播期处理;以当地群众习惯播量为中基,播量差值... 针对黄淮麦区近年来小麦冻害频发问题,选用当地两类强筋小麦主导品种(半冬性新麦19和弱春性郑麦9023),进行播期播量组合选优试验.每类品种以当地群众习惯播期为中基,差值6d提前和推后各设2个播期处理;以当地群众习惯播量为中基,播量差值50%各设1个播量处理.结果表明:豫北地区气候条件下,半冬性小麦品种10月7日播种、播量7kg/667m2为最优组合;弱春性小麦品种10月13日播种、播量8kg/667m2为既高产又安全(预防冻害)的最优组合. 展开更多

Crassostrea angulata and C. ariakensis are two important economic shellfish sp... lnterspecific hybridization can generate heterosis, which is proven to be a useful tool in selective breeding programs for oyster culture. Crassostrea angulata and C. ariakensis are two important economic shellfish species in China. We conducted 2 × 2 reciprocal crosses to determine whether these two species can cross-fertilize and their hybrids can hatch, survive and perform hetero- sis. Fertilization was found symmetrical without delay. The rate of fertilization success of C. angulata ♀× C. ariakensis ♂ was lower than that of C. ariakensis ♀ x C. angulata ♂, and the success rate of both hybridizations was lower than that of two intraspecific crosses each. During the planktonic period, survival rate of the progeny was lower in the hybrid crosses than in the intraspecific crosses. On day 360, mean shell height of the progeny of C. angulata ♀ x C. angulata ♂ was highest, which was followed by that of C. angulata ♀ × C. ariakensis ♂, C. ariakensis ♀x C. ariakensis ♂ and C. ariakensis ♀× C. angulata ♂ in a descending order. Mor- phology of adults produced by the hybrid crosses was similar to that of C. angulata. Both hybrids underwent normal gonad devel- opment and produced mature gametes in the mating season. This study provided new insights into the quantitative traits in interspeci- fic crosses of Crassostrea species, thus being of guidance value for selective breeding of oyster. 展开更多

Optimizing selection of bridge raft based on fuzzy matter-element model and combination weighting

It' s a necessary selection to support the maneuver across Yangtze River by floating bridge constructed by portable steel bridge and civilian ships. It is a comprehensive index for the scheme of bridge raft, containing a variety of technical factors and uncertainties. The optimization is the selection in the constructing time, quantity of equipments and man power. Based on the calculation result of bridge rafts, an evaluating system is established, consisting of index of spacing between interior bays, raft length, truss numbers, operation difficulty and maximal bending stress. A fuzzy matter element model of optimizing selection of bridge rafts was built up by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. The method of combination weighting was used to calculate the value of weights index to reduce the subjective randomness. The sequence of schemes and the optimization resuh were gained finally based on euclid approach degree. The application result shows that it is simple and practical. 展开更多
