The aim is to use computer graphic design to inform and create an interest in historical visualization by rebuilding Fort Frontenac using 3D modeling and interactive design. The final model can be integrated into an interactive website to learn more about the fort's historic importance. It is apparent that using computer graphics can save time and money when it comes to historical visualization. Visitors do not have to travel to the actual archaeological buildings and can simply use the web in their own homes to learn about this information virtually. In order to create a sophisticated restoration of archaeological buildings, meticulously assessing historical records will draw viewers into the visualizations, such as the historical world of Fort Frontenac. As a result, the completed restoration allows the viewers to effectively understand the fort's social system, habits and historical events.展开更多

The complexes are characterized byelemental analysis, IR spectra, ~1H and ^(13)C NMR, especially 2D-COSY ~1H, ~1H NMR spectra. Thegeneral formula of the obtained complexes is [Ln_3(TBLY)(NO_3)_3] · nH_2O (Ln = La, n = 3; Ln = Nd,n=5; Ln = Gd, Dy, Yb, Y, n = 7), where TBLY = tetraglycol aldehyde-2,4-dihydroxy benzaldehydebis-lysine Schiff base. In addition, the evidence for existence of > C = CH — NH — group issupported by the AM1 method. The complexes obtained may be used as a catalyst. Conversion rate of80% with the viscosity-average molecular weight 220000 for the polymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) without addition of any cocatalyst has been obtained.展开更多

The surgical management of these complex injuries includes debrideme...The principles of open fracture management are to manage the overall injury and specifically prevent primary contamination becoming frank infection. The surgical management of these complex injuries includes debridement & lavage of the open wound with combined bony and soft tissue reconstruction. Good results depend on early high quality definitive surgery usually with early stable internal fixation and associated soft tissue repair. While all elements of the surgical principles are very important and depend on each other for overall success the most critical element appears to be achieving very early healthy soft tissue cover. As the injuries become more complex this involves progressively more complex soft tissue reconstruction and may even requiring urgent free tissue transfer requiring close co-operative care between orthopaedic and plastic surgeons. Data suggests that the best results are obtained when the whole surgical reconstruction is completed within 48-72 h.展开更多
