目的:本研究旨在通过中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)和网络药理学方法,深入探究刘艳巧教授在治疗女性不孕症方面的用药规律。方法:本研究回顾性分析了刘艳巧教授治疗女性不孕症的100首门诊处方,并依托中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)建立了中药处方数...目的:本研究旨在通过中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)和网络药理学方法,深入探究刘艳巧教授在治疗女性不孕症方面的用药规律。方法:本研究回顾性分析了刘艳巧教授治疗女性不孕症的100首门诊处方,并依托中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)建立了中药处方数据库。通过对用药频次、药物的四气、五味、归经分布等数据的统计分析,系统总结了刘教授的用药特点。同时,构建了“药物–活性成分–靶点”网络,利用STRING数据库对PPI网络进行了深入分析,进行了GO和KEGG通路富集分析。结果:在纳入的100首处方中,共涉及112种中药,其中使用频次超过45次的中药有10种。这些中药的药味以甘、苦为主,药性以温性居多,多归入肝肾脾经,主要具有补血行气、活血化瘀的功效。关联规则分析显示,“茯苓–柴胡–当归”为具有显著关联性的核心药物组合,通过药物–疾病靶点分析,共发现59个交集靶点。GO功能富集分析揭示了364个生物过程、35个细胞组分和60个分子功能条目。KEGG通路富集分析则指出了99条相关通路,主要涉及癌症中的蛋白聚糖信号通路和神经活性配体–受体相互作用信号通路等。结论:刘艳巧教授在治疗女性不孕症时,常将“气滞血瘀”视为临床常见症候,并擅长应用活血化瘀类药物进行治疗。核心药物组合“茯苓–柴胡–当归”通过调和气血、疏通经络等多种途径,改善女性生殖系统的功能,从而辅助治疗不孕不育症。此外,中药治疗不孕症的作用通路主要富集在癌症中的蛋白聚糖信号通路和神经活性配体–受体相互作用通路上,这两个通路的异常可能与不孕症的发生有关,而中药可能通过调节这两个通路中的关键分子,来恢复生殖系统的正常功能。Objective: This study aims to deeply explore the medication patterns of Professor Liu Yanqiao in treating female infertility through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V3.0) and network pharmacology methods. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 outpatient prescriptions of Professor Liu Yanqiao for female infertility, and a traditional Chinese medicine prescription database was established using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V3.0). Through statistical analysis of medication frequency, the four properties, five flavors, and meridian tropism distribution of the herbs, the medication characteristics of Professor Liu were systematically summarized. Additionally, a “drug-active component-target” network was constructed, and the PPI network was analyzed in depth using the STRING database for further GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. Results: Among the 100 prescriptions included, 112 traditional Chinese medicines were involved, with 10 herbs used more than 45 times. These herbs primarily had sweet and bitter flavors, warm properties, and were mainly attributed to the liver, kidney, and spleen meridians, exhibiting significant blood-enriching, qi-moving, and blood-activating effects. Association rule analysis indicated that “Poria cocos-Bupleurum-Angelica sinensis” was a strongly associated core drug combination. Through drug-disease target analysis, a total of 59 intersection targets were identified. GO functional enrichment analysis revealed 364 biological processes, 35 cellular components, and 60 molecular function entries. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis pointed out 99 relevant pathways, mainly involving proteoglycan signaling pathways in cancer and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction signaling pathways. Conclusion: Professor Liu Yanqiao often considers “qi stagnation and blood stasis” as a common clinical syndrome in treating female infertility and is adept at using blood-activating and qi-moving herbs for treatment. The core drug combination of “Poria cocos-Bupleurum-Angelica sinensis” improves the function of the female reproductive system through various pathways such as regulating qi and blood and unblocking meridians, thus assisting in the treatment of infertility. Furthermore, the therapeutic pathways of traditional Chinese medicine in treating infertility are primarily enriched in proteoglycan signaling pathways in cancer and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction signaling pathways. Abnormalities in these two pathways may be related to the occurrence of infertility, and traditional Chinese medicine may restore the normal function of the reproductive system by regulating key molecules in these pathways.展开更多
