集体协作视角下农民创业组织化路径的建构——基于“合作组织+产业集群”创业模式探讨 被引量:2

随着市场化机制和全球化机制的逐步完善,农民创业面临越来越强的资本、制度和机会方面的约束,需要建构一条新型的农民创业路径来缓解。"合作组织+产业集群"的创业模式,扩大了农民创业的协作范围,提高了集群和组织内部的分工程... 随着市场化机制和全球化机制的逐步完善,农民创业面临越来越强的资本、制度和机会方面的约束,需要建构一条新型的农民创业路径来缓解。"合作组织+产业集群"的创业模式,扩大了农民创业的协作范围,提高了集群和组织内部的分工程度,具备更大的集聚和扩散效应。具体地说,建构"合作组织+产业集群"的新型农民创业组织化路径,主要是通过合作组织内部协作和合作组织、外部利益相关者之间的协作创业来提高农民创业规模和水平;创业农民在集体创业基础上建构农村合作经济组织,通过组织内部的集体创业协作来获得竞争优势;具有创业精神组织之间的协作创业形成产业集群网络,通过产业集群组织来获得区域产业的竞争优势,通过集体创业和协作创业获得更大的创业租金。集体协作视角下农民创业组织化路径的建构应当从以下四方面努力:建立具有创业理念的合作组织,提高组织创新绩效;建立基于产业集群组织的内部协作精神和信任关系;系统优化农民创业的产业环境和制度环境;完善农民协作创业的网络环境,从而推动区域农村经济的跨越式发展。 展开更多

This multiple-case study examined factors that could contribute to a richer understanding of top managers' perceptions on maintaining high-performance teams in Pharma R&D. In addition, this multiple-case study investigated top managers' perceptions of building opportunity-based entrepreneurial culture in organizations during strategic change, considered as a critical factor for organizations during change, the results of which can be used to guide management in preventing destructive actions of business non-loyalty. Following, this multiple-case study examined the management of change within the corporate entrepreneurship literature as a means of helping organizations improve practical intelligence of defining growth goals and new enterprise growth management processes and procedures, including those relevant to change, the way they function, and formal and informal rules protecting adequacy of governance arrangements as well as the organizational culture. Participant responses to the interview question regarding capability to maintain high-performing teams resulted in themes regarding role of leadership in risk management approach, leadership development challenges, trust and commitment in inter-fLrm relationships, as being the top managers' perceptions and the attitudes in outsourcing R&D industry sector since the enactment of the strategic change. 展开更多

MNCs must create the organizational culture and process for increased competitiveness to sustain better market shares and profits. Towards this end, MNCs should develop a comprehensive innovation strategy. Innovation is a way of life and the spirit of innovation, like the spirit of entrepreneurship, must be sustained. The goal should be continuous growth with competitiveness. And towards this purpose, organizations must innovate. The article draws from innovation concepts as they would lead to organizational growth and competitiveness. MNC international structure, culture, and leadership style have an influence on the innovation culture and creativity process in the MNC organization. The article sets forth a model for MNC decision-making structure and organizational culture for facilitating the innovative fervor and capability to be more favorable to the MNC.
