[目的]了解广东省助产士职业损伤的现状及组织环境管理对其发生与上报的影响。[方法]采用立意分层整群抽样方法,抽取广东省20家医院189名助产士进行现场调查,调查内容包括一般情况、组织环境管理、职业暴露、职业损伤4个项目,其中组织环境管理包括人力资源配置、安全工作环境与设施、组织文化、安全行为、组织关怀5个维度。应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。[结果]助产士失眠、医院场所暴力的发生率分别为56.6%、4 4.4%,上报率分别为7.09%和5.80%;其发生与上报不仅受婚姻和职称等个体因素的影响,而且还受职业暴露、人力资源配置与组织关怀等医院管理因素的影响。[结论]完善的组织环境管理、优化的人力资源配置和良好的组织关怀建设是提升助产士职业安全意识、保障助产士职业健康的重要因素。 展开更多

Heterotopic pancreas is a congenital anomaly characterized by ectopic pancreatic tissue.Treatment of heterotopic pancreas may include expectant observation,endoscopic resection or surgery.The aim of this report was to describe the technique of ligation-assisted endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) for resection of heterotopic pancreas of the stomach.Two patients(both female,mean age 32 years) were referred for management of gastric subepithelial tumors.Endoscopic ultrasound in both disclosed small hypoechoic masses in the mucosa and submucosa.Band ligation-assisted EMR was performed in both cases without complications.Pathology from the resected tumors revealed heterotopic pancreas arising from the submucosa.Margins were free of pancreatic tissue.Ligation-assisted EMR is technically feasible and may be considered for the endoscopic management of heterotopic pancreas. 展开更多

In an increasingly competitive environment, where new business practices are regularly introduced, organizations have to be innovative to survive. In the present competitive climate, knowledge is considered as the main distinguishing factor of business success, and it is seen as the foundation of organization's innovation. The emergence of knowledge-intensive society has changed the nature of business competition. Hence knowledge needs to be appropriately managed. Knowledge Management (KM) focuses on managing different knowledge processes such as acquiring, creating, storing, sharing, transferring and applying implicit and explicit knowledge with objective of product and process innovation, performance development and sustainable competitive advantage. This paper tries to demonstrate KM lead to promotion of innovation and performance when it is correctly supported by human resource management (HRM) and information technology (IT). The questions we will try to investigate in this paper are: How knowledge in organizations can be managed? What is the connection between HRM, IT and effective implementation knowledge management strategies and how these relationships affect on organizational goals? For this means, this study ftrst states the importance of knowledge, KM process and introduces two strategies for managing knowledge (exploitative and explorative strategy). Next, it demonstrates each strategy requires to desired facilitator to support them in action. Finally, with presenting of model, this study concludes that each one of strategy can cover some KM process. Hence for the effective implementation of knowledge management process, organizations have to utilize both strategies. 展开更多

The organizational structure change of enterprises should be subject to the change of strategy,and strategy change is the reaction to the environment change.This paper studied the expansion strategies and evolution paths of hotel groups in China by a survey in 2007,in which the research objects were 91 hotel groups listed by China Tourist Hotels Association.The conclusions are drawn:based on the two dimensions of unification management function scope and the unification management degree,hotel groups can be divided into four strategic types,including strategically concentrated group,close function group,widespread alliance group and loose union group.Simultaneously there are three different expansion paths:stability path,growth path and undulation path.About 72.5% of Chinese hotel groups have a stability or growth expansion path. 展开更多

Management has addressed the critical issue of environmental protection by developing environmental management systems. The purpose of this research is to describe the organizational structure for environmental protection, an attribute of environmental management systems of privately held companies, certified with MS ISO 14001. Descriptive statistics are reported for the primary data. The commonly reported attributes provide evidence of high-level commitment to environmental protection: written environmental policy statement, corporate-level environmental management function, and Board of Directors' responsibility for oversight of environmental affairs. Findings indicate that companies have educational programs and environmental goals to disseminate environmental management values throughout their organizations. 展开更多
