The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-10.1Gd-3.74Y-0.25Zr (mass fraction, %) alloy (GW104 alloy) cast by metal mould casting (MMC) and lost foam casting (LFC) were evaluated, respectively. It is revealed that different forming modes do not influence the phase composition of as-cast alloy. In the as-cast specimens, the microstructures are similar and composed of α-Mg solid solution, eutectic compound of α-Mg+Mg 24 (Gd, Y) 5 and cuboid-shaped Mg 5 (Gd, Y) phase; whereas the average grain size of the alloy produced by metal mould casting is smaller than that by lost foam casting. The eutectic compound of the alloy is completely dissolved after solution treatment at 525 ℃for 6 h, while the Mg 5 (Gd, Y) phase still exists after solution treatment. After peak-ageing, the lost foam cast alloy exhibits the maximum ultimate tensile strength of 285 MPa, and metal mould cast specimen 325 MPa at room temperature, while the tensile yield strengths of them are comparable. It can be concluded that GW104 alloy cast by lost foam casting possesses similar microstructure and evidently lower mechanical strength compared with metal mould cast alloy, due to slow solidification rate and proneness to form shrinkage porosities during lost foam casting process. 展开更多

For the feature of complex weapon manufacturing on internet,a coupling model is proposed.By using the model,the correlation between manufacturing cells in an extended manufacturing organization can be evaluated quantitatively,so an appropriate control plan is determined.A strategy to improve and reduce the coupling relationship of the organization is studied.A correlation matrix of extended tasks is built to analyze the relationship between sub-tasks and manufacturing resources.An optimization method for manufacturing resource configuration is presented based on the coupling model.Finally,a software system for analyzing coupling model about manufacturing organization on internet is developed,and the result shows that the coupling model is effective. 展开更多

The microstructures and crystal growth directions of permanent mould casting(PMC) and directionally solidified(DS) Al-Cu alloys with different contents of Cu were investigated. Simultaneously, the effects of pouring temperature on the microstructure and crystal growth direction of permanent mould casting pure Al were also discussed. The results indicate that the α(Al) crystals in the pure Al do not always keep common columnar grains, but change from the columnar grains to columnar dendrites with developed arms as the pouring temperature rises. The growth direction also varies with the change of pouring temperature. Cu element has similar effects on the microstructures of the PMC and DS casting Al-Cu alloys and the α(Al) crystals gradually change from columnar crystals in turn to columnar dendrites and developed equiaxed dendrites as the Cu content increases. The crystal growth direction in the PMC alloys gradually approaches (110) orientation with increasing Cu content. But the resulting crystals with growth direction of (110) do not belong to feathery grains. There are also no feathery grains to form in all of the DS Al-Cu alloys. 展开更多

A new Mg-14Al-0.5Mn alloy that exhibits a wide solidification range and sufficient fluidity for semi-solid forming was designed. And the rnicrostructure evolution of semi-solid Mg-14Al-0.5Mn alloy during isothermal heat treatment was investigated. The mechanism of the microstructure evolution and the processing conditions for isothermal heat treatment were also discussed. The results show that the microstructures of cast alloys consist of α-Mg,β-Mg17Al12 and a small amount of Al-Mn compounds. After holding at 520 ℃ for 3 min, the phases of β-Mg17Al12 and eutectic mixtures in the Mg-14Al-0.5Mn alloy melt and the microstructures of α-Mg change from developed dendrites to irregular solid particles. With increasing the isothermal time, the amount of liquid increases, and the solid particles grow large and become spherical. When the holding time lasts for 20 min or even longer, the solid and liquid phases achieve a state of dynamic equilibrium. 展开更多

To achieve the purpose of applying design patterns which are various in ldnd and constant in changing in MDA from idea and application, one way is used to solve the problem of pattern disappearance which occurs at the process of pattern instantiation, to guarantee the independence of patterns, and at the same time, to apply this process to multiple design pattems. To solve these two problons, the modeling method of design pattern traits based on meta-models is adopted, i.e., to divide the basic operations into atoms in the metamodel tier and then combine the atoms to complete design pattem units meta-models withtout business logic. After one process of conversion, the purpose of making up various pattem traits meta-model and dividing business logic and pattern logic is achieved. 展开更多

在“双循环”新发展格局背景下,数字化转型升级契机和市场竞争压力使得企业商业模式裂变更具战略意义,但当前研究缺乏对商业模式裂变影响机制的探讨。基于同群效应理论和组织认知理论,探究了同群企业商业模式裂变对焦点企业的影响,以及... 在“双循环”新发展格局背景下,数字化转型升级契机和市场竞争压力使得企业商业模式裂变更具战略意义,但当前研究缺乏对商业模式裂变影响机制的探讨。基于同群效应理论和组织认知理论,探究了同群企业商业模式裂变对焦点企业的影响,以及组织创造型认知的中介作用和商业模式惯性的调节作用。通过对230家数字化转型企业的调研与数据分析,结果发现:同群企业的商业模式裂变水平对焦点企业具有显著的正向影响;组织创造型认知在同群企业商业模式裂变与焦点企业商业模式裂变之间起部分中介作用;商业模式惯性会弱化组织创造型认知与焦点企业商业模式裂变之间的正向关系,还会负向调节同群企业商业模式裂变通过组织创造型认知影响焦点企业的间接效应。 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To design a model to capture information on the state and trends of knowledge creation,at both an individual and an organizational level,in order to enhance knowledge management.METHODS:We designed a graph-theoretic knowledge model,the expert knowledge map(EKM),based on literature-based annotation.A case study in the domain of Traditional Chinese Medicine research was used to illustrate the usefulness of the model.RESULTS:The EKM successfully captured various aspects of knowledge and enhanced knowledge management within the case-study organization through the provision of knowledge graphs,expert graphs,and expert-knowledge biography.CONCLUSION:Our model could help to reveal thehot topics,trends,and products of the research done by an organization.It can potentially be used to facilitate knowledge learning,sharing and decision-making among researchers,academicians,students,and administrators of organizations. 展开更多

This letter proposes a categorization matrix to analyze the playing style of a computer game player for a shooting game genre. Our aim is to use human-centered modeling as a strategy for adaptive games based on entertainment measure to evaluate the playing experience. We utilized a self-organizing map (SOM) to cluster the player's style with the data obtained while playing the game. We further argued that style-based adaptation contributes to higher enjoyment, and this is reflected in our experiment using a supervised multilayered perceptron (MLP) network. 展开更多
