In this paper, RT PCR analysis on SOX gene of seven tissues from the Chinese soft shelled turtle (Pelodiscus sinensis) was studied, and SOX gene fragments of expression from the testicle, brain, heart, kidney and spleen were cloned using RT PCR products.The results show that SOX genes has specific expression in the testicle, brain, spleen, cardiac muscle and kidney and isn’t expression in muscle, liver and ovary of femel.The results of sequence reveal that the SOX genes of expression in the testicle are TSSOX1、TSSOX4 TSSOX5 and TSSOX9, and those are TSSOX2 and TSSOX4 in the brain, and this is TSSOX4 in the spleen and heart tissue, and those are TSSOX2 and TSSOX3 in the kidney tissue.This suggests that the SOX gene act important role not only on the sex determination, but also on the development of neural system, immunocyte system and the differentiation of male germ cell. 展开更多

To protect environment, and to comply with the IMO's (International Maritime Organization) newest regulations about ship's SOx emission. This thesis illustrates a closed recycling absorb system based on NaOH solution recycling particularly for SOx onboard. The goal is to use NaOH solution to absorb SOx, and reduce the damage the ships made towards environment. The thesis analyzes the main features that could influence the absorption of SOx on board, and the precipitations during the experiment. To reveal that NaOH solution is very highly effective and economic in absorption of SOx on ships by this experiment, and to set a theoretical basic fundamental for future application of alkali solution recycling absorption system for SOx. 展开更多

SOX6与SOX17在口腔鳞状细胞癌的表达及临床意义

目的应用生物信息分析和实验验证探讨转录因子性别决定区Y-box 6(SOX6)与转录因子性别决定区Y-box 17(SOX17)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达及意义。方法获取癌症基因组图谱(The Cancer Genome Atlas,TCGA)下载的OSCC组织及相应的癌旁... 目的应用生物信息分析和实验验证探讨转录因子性别决定区Y-box 6(SOX6)与转录因子性别决定区Y-box 17(SOX17)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达及意义。方法获取癌症基因组图谱(The Cancer Genome Atlas,TCGA)下载的OSCC组织及相应的癌旁非瘤组织的转录组数据,分析SOX6、SOX17的表达水平与OSCC发生发展及其预后的相关性。收集口腔鳞状细胞癌组织及相应的癌旁非瘤组织标本,应用免疫组化SP法分析SOX6与SOX17在OSCC中的表达及其相关性。利用蛋白-蛋白互作(PPI)网络、基因本体论(GO)分析、京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析探讨与SOX6相关的基因、富集通路及其对OSCC发生发展的影响。结果生物信息分析显示,在OSCC组织中SOX6、SOX17的表达水平显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05),SOX6、SOX17在OSCC中有较高的诊断价值(曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.972、0.731),且其高表达与患者的良好预后相关,Cox回归分析显示,TNM分期、SOX6、SOX17表达水平是OS的独立预后因素(P<0.05)。免疫组化分析显示,SOX6在OSCC组织中含量与肿瘤浸润深度密切相关(P<0.05),Spearman分析显示,SOX6、SOX17表达水平呈正相关(r=0.297,P<0.05)。通过PPI网络获得互作蛋白,GO与KEGG结果显示SOX6可能与FAK信号通路、Notch信号通路和肿瘤细胞的增殖迁移等关系密切。结论SOX6、SOX17在OSCC组织中呈低表达,是OSCC潜在的诊断及预后标记物。 展开更多
