A novel layered method was proposed to solve the problem of Web services composition.In this method,services composition problem was formally transformed into the optimal matching problem of every layer,then optimal matching problem was modeled based on the hypergraph theory,and solved by computing the minimal transversals of the hypergraph.Meanwhile,two optimization algorithms were designed to discard some useless states at the intermediary steps of the composition algorithm.The effectiveness of the composition method was tested by a set of experiments,in addition,an example regarding the travel services composition was also given.The experimental results show that this method not only can automatically generate composition tree whose leaf nodes correspond to services composition solutions,but also has better performance on execution time and solution quality by adopting two proposed optimization algorithms. 展开更多

It has for long been clear that telemedicine has diffusion problems. Focus should be shifted over to the humanware. Telemedicine means work is done by virtual organizations. For the future of telemedicine, organizational issues will represent a challenge. Organizations consist of humans in interaction. In Norwegian telemedicine projects, organizational problems were identified and solutions to the problems were designed. More than 40 publications show numerous organizational consequences and numerous types of organizational consequences. When it comes to the solving telemedicine's organizational problems, learning from the experience others have is important. It is not necessary for all to invent what the organizational problems are. Organizing health care around the physical telecommunication networks is associated with the concept of network organization. The electronic networks become an infrastructure around which single health care providers are distributed. Such network organization means a formation of alliances between organizations. Centralization and decentralization are important terms for all organizing. Telemedicine makes the question of centralization or decentralization relevant. Telemedicine requires collaboration between participating parties. Obtaining the benefits of telemedicine is dependent on implementing the right measures for good collaboration. We know there are problems with telemedicine virtual organizations, but solutions to these problems exist. For the future of telemedicine, doing work with organization is important. Fault reconfiguration of shipboard power system is viewed as a typical nonlinear and multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem. A comprehensive reconfiguration model is presented in this paper, in which the restored loads, switch frequency and generator efficiency are taken into account. In this model, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is proposed to determine the coefficients of these objective functions. Meanwhile, a quantum differential evolution algorithm with triple quantum bit code is proposed. This algorithm aiming at the characteristics of shipboard power system is different from the normal quantum bit representation. The individual polymorphic expression is realized, and the convergence performance can be further enhanced in combination with the global parallel search capacity of differential evolution algorithm and the superposition properties of quantum theory. The local optimum can be avoided by dynamic rotation gate. The validity of algorithm and model is verified by the simulation examples. 展开更多
