目的:探究目的性责任细分化护理联合心理支持干预对肺结核患者希望水平、心理状态及自护能力的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将2023年1月至2023年12月鄱阳县人民医院收治的60例肺结核患者分为两组,即对照组与观察组,各30例,其中对照组的护... 目的:探究目的性责任细分化护理联合心理支持干预对肺结核患者希望水平、心理状态及自护能力的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将2023年1月至2023年12月鄱阳县人民医院收治的60例肺结核患者分为两组,即对照组与观察组,各30例,其中对照组的护理方案为常规护理干预,观察组则实施目的性责任细分化护理联合心理支持干预,比较两组希望水平、心理状态及自护能力。结果:干预后,观察组Herth希望指数(HHI)、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分较对照组均明显下降,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:目的性责任细分化护理联合心理支持干预可提高肺结核患者希望水平,改善心理状态,增强患者自护能力。 展开更多

目的 分析目的性责任细分化护理结合心理疏导在乙型肝炎(简称“乙肝”)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1~12月于徐州医科大学附属医院诊治的110例乙肝患者作为研究对象,将其按抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组患者给... 目的 分析目的性责任细分化护理结合心理疏导在乙型肝炎(简称“乙肝”)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1~12月于徐州医科大学附属医院诊治的110例乙肝患者作为研究对象,将其按抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组患者给予常规护理结合心理疏导,观察组患者给予目的性责任细分化护理结合心理疏导,均连续干预3个月。比较2组患者的肝功能、心理状态、用药依从率、自护能力和生活质量。结果 干预1个月和3个月后,2组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBiL)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平均低于干预前(P均<0.05);观察组的ALT、TBiL和AST水平均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。干预1个月和3个月后,2组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于干预前(P均<0.05);观察组的SAS和SDS评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组在干预3个月后的用药总依从率相比于对照组更高(P<0.05)。干预1个月和3个月后,2组的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)和健康调查量表36(SF-36)评分均高于干预前(P均<0.05);观察组的ESCA和SF-36评分均高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 目的性责任细分化护理结合心理疏导可提高乙肝患者的肝功能、用药依从率、自护能力和生活质量,减轻其不良情绪。 展开更多

Aim To investigate the chemical composition of Ranunculus sieboldii Miq..Methods Repeated column chromatography over silica gel, polyamide and RP-18 followed by gelfiltration on sephadex LH-20 were used to isolate chemical constituents, and their structures wereelucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods (UV, IR, MS, ~1H NMR, ^(13)C NMR) including 2D NMR(COSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY) techniques and by direct comparing spectral data with those reported inliterature. Results Five flavonoid glycosides named apigenin-4'-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (1),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4'-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (2), apigenin-8-C-α-L-arabinopyranoside(3), apigenin-8-C-β-D-ga-lactopyranoside (4) , tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), together withtricin (6), luteolin (7), scopoletin (8), esculetin (9), scoparone (10), ferulic acid (11),protocatechuic acid (12) , and tematolide (13) were isolated from the 95% etha-nolic extract of itswhole plant, and their cytotoxic activities were preliminarily tested. Conclusion Compounds 1-12were obtained from this genus and compound 13 from this species for the first time. Furthermore,compound 1 was for the first time isolated from nature while the ^(13)C NMR data of compounds 2 and3 are reported for the first time. The bioassay revealed that compound 1 was active against BEL-7407and A549 cell lines (IC_(45) 43, 77 μg·mL^(-1)), 8 and 10 showed inhibitory activities on KB celllines (IC_(50) 78, 44 μg·mL^(-1)) and HL-60 cell lines (Ic_(50) 85, 85 μg·mL^(-1)), while 7exerted moderate cytotoxic activities on KB, BFL-7407, A549 and HL-60 cell lines with their IC_(50)being 51, 55, 44 and 10 μg·mL^(-1) , respectively. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim of the present study was to investigate the characteristics of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and iron (Fe) subcellular distributions in oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) leaves during cold acclimatization. [Method] A field experiment was conducted at two contrasting environments with three replicates and included a freezing sensitive variety (cv. Zhongshuang No. 11, ZS) and a freezing tolerant variety (cv. Ganyouza No. 1, GY). [Result] The concentrations of Ca, Mg and Fe were significantly increased in plants roots, and the concentrations of Ca and Mg were significantly decreased but the Fe concentration was significantly increased in plants shoots. In leaves, the Ca concentration stored in soluble fraction was significantly increased and the Ca concentration of organelle-contained fraction and cell wall-associated fraction were significantly decreased with experiment time. The Mg concentrations stored in soluble fraction, organelle-contained fraction and cell wall-associated fraction were decreased with time. In contrary, the Fe concentration stored in soluble fraction, organelle-contained fraction and cell wall associated-fraction was significantly increased with time. Meanwhile, the changes of these measures of ZS were much higher than those of GY during cold acclimatization, which might be due to the GY is a freezing tolerant variety but ZS is not. [Conclusion] These results suggested that increasing the concentrations of Ca, Mg and Fe in plants shoots might increase the cold resistance of oilseed rape. 展开更多

With in vitro spin labeling electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy, we have studied the effects of Bu Yang Huan Wu (BYHW) decoction and its effective constituents such as astragaloside IV ferulic acid, chuanxiongzine, rutin, chlorogenic acid, 9,10 dimethoxy pterocarpane 7 O β D glucoside, calycosin, formononetin, calycosin 7 O glucoside, paeoniflorin, paeonal and quercein on the cell membrane fluidity of a rat brain which was modeled after the dual cervical arteries were intercepted and released for realizing an ischemia reperfusion injury which was selected as a brain stroke model. Our results indicated that the cell membrane fluidity in the model group decreased approximately 8% compared with the control group, and after brain cells were incubatied with species, the membrane fluidity could be recovered closely to the control level depending on the BYHW decoction and its different constituents. As the membrane fluidity is a very sensitive biological index which reflectsd the cell status, our method will be useful to study the molecular mechanism of tradition Chinese medicine (TCM) and its combination recipe. 展开更多

The microstructure and mechanical properties of the age hardening AA6061 Al alloy subjected to cryo-rolling(CR) and room temperature rolling(RTR) treatments were investigated. The rolled and aged alloys were analyzed by using DSC, EBSD, TEM, Vickers hardness analysis and tensile test. The results show that the cryo-rolled treatment has an effect on the precipitation sequence of AA6061 Al alloy. The ultrafine grain structures are formed to promote the fine second phase particles to disperse in the aluminum matrix after the peak aging, which is attributed to lots of dislocations tangled in the rolling process. Therefore, the strength and ductility of AA6061 Al alloy are simultaneously modified after the cryo-rolling and aging treatment compared with room temperature rolled one. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the factors affecting the viability and Ca 2+ tolerance of isolated rats' cardiac myocytes for patch clamp research. Methods: Hearts were firstly perfused by the Langendorff perfusion apparatus with normal Tyrode's solution, then with Ca 2+-free Tyrode's solution and subsequently with low Ca 2+ enzyme solution containing collagenase 0.1-0.2 g/L. All the solutions were saturated with oxygen and the perfusion temperature was kept at 37 ℃. Finally hearts were washed by Ca 2+-free Tyrode's solution, after which the ventricles were minced into small pieces in KB solution, dispersed and filtered. The isolated myocytes were stored in KB solution at room temperature for 1 h and recovered to normal calcium concentration before patch clamp experiments.Results: When all the factors such as water, enzyme, Ca 2+,pH, and oxygen were well controlled, the well constructed and rod-like cardiac myocytes with a yielding rate of 30%-50% came out.Conclusion: All the factors should be well controlled, which ensured the isolated cells Ca 2+ tolerant and appropriate for patch clamp experiments. 展开更多

The genomic composition of 1911289, a wheat ( Tritium aestivum L.) maintainer of K-CMS, was examined by several methods, such as genomic in situ hybridization (GISH), biochemical marking, and DNA molecular marking. The results got by GISH and PCR amplification of dispersed rye-specific repetitive DNA sequence suggested that the alien chromatin in T911289 derived from rye. Specifically PCR amplification of the rye-specific microsatellite primers (SCM9) and seed storage protein analysis indicated that the alien chromatin in T911289 had developed from the short arm of 1R chromosome of rye (1RS). PCR amplification by using microsatellite primers locating on 1BS and seed storage protein analysis also revealed that 1911289 had lost the arm of 1BS or a small distal segment of it. We conclude that T911289 is a heterogeneous population which displays two distinct different types of translocation, i.e. the Robertsonian translocation and small segment translocation. The Robertsonian translocation type observed in our study is different from the 1BL/1RS translocation which is widely used in wheat production; it may be a novel and complex translocation form. Though the linkage between the desirable agronomic traits and the deleterious genes expressed as sticky dough has not got broken in T911289, the recovery of small segment translocation will still benefit the genetic study of wheat and rye. 展开更多

The Finite Difference (FD) method is an important method for seismic numerical simulations. It helps us understand regular patterns in seismic wave propagation, analyze seismic attributes, and interpret seismic data. However, because of its discretization, the FD method is only stable under certain conditions. The Arbitrary Difference Precise Integration (ADPI) method is based on the FD method and adopts an integration scheme in the time domain and an arbitrary difference scheme in the space domain. Therefore, the ADPI method is a semi-analytical method. In this paper, we deduce the formula for the ADPI method based on the 3D elastic equation and improve its stability. In forward modeling cases, the ADPI method was implemented in 2D and 3D elastic wave equation forward modeling. Results show that the travel time of the reflected seismic wave is accurate. Compared with the acoustic wave field, the elastic wave field contains more wave types, including PS- and PP- reflected waves, transmitted waves, and diffracted waves, which is important to interpretation of seismic data. The method can be easily applied to elastic wave equation numerical simulations for eoloical models. 展开更多

The micromass culture was used to determine the effects of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5 ) on the proliferation and differentiation of limb bud cells of rat. In the in vitro test, the results showed that V2O5 had obvious inhibiting effects on both proliferation and differentiation of limb bud cells with a dosedependent response, its proliferating and differentiating IC50 being 13.64 and 4.77μmol/L, respectively. In the in vivo/in vitro test, the results showed that V2O5 had no obvious effect on cell proliferation but had obvious inhibiting effect on cell differentiation. These results indicated that V2O5 might have a specific inhibiting effect on the differentiation of limb bud cells. 展开更多

Polymorphonuclear (PMN) cell count in the ascitic fluid is essential for the diagnosis and management of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (SBP). To date, PMN cell count is routinely performed by traditional manual counting. However, this method is time-consuming, costly, and not always timely available. Therefore, considerable efforts have been made in recent years to develop an alternative test for a more rapid diagnosis and monitoring of SBP. The use of urinary reagent strips was proposed to achieve an "instant" bedside diagnosis of SBP. A series of reports evaluated the urine strip test for SBP diagnosis and reported promising results. However, a recent large multicenter study revealed a surprising lack of diagnostic effi cacy of the urine screening test for SBP diagnosis. Another method, more recently proposed as an alternative to the manual PMN count, is the measurement of lactoferrin in ascitic fluid, but the data available on the diagnostic value of this test are limited to a single study. However, both urinary reagent strips and ascitic lactoferrin tests are qualitative methods and need, therefore, to be further confirmed by standard cytology of the ascitic fluid. To date, the only quantitative method proposed as a valid alternative to manual PMN counting is automated blood cell counters, commonly used in all laboratories for blood cell counting. Data available in the literature on the diagnostic performance of this method are limited but very promising, and this tool seems to have the potential to replace the manual counting method. 展开更多
