为了在微电子技术和超精密加工技术等高新技术中实现纳米位移实时监测,设计了圆偏振光干涉纳米位移测量系统。首先简述了圆偏振光干涉原理和实验系统组成,搭建了圆偏振光干涉的实验光路和硬件探测系统;其次构建了LabVIEW控制的纳米测量... 为了在微电子技术和超精密加工技术等高新技术中实现纳米位移实时监测,设计了圆偏振光干涉纳米位移测量系统。首先简述了圆偏振光干涉原理和实验系统组成,搭建了圆偏振光干涉的实验光路和硬件探测系统;其次构建了LabVIEW控制的纳米测量软件系统,包括连续数据采集、基于最小二乘法的误差修正和改进正切查表算法的解调细分与位移辨向;最终实现了LabVIEW控制干涉信号的实时采集、误差修正、细分解调、方向辨识为一体的实时位移测量系统。实验获得了误差修正后的校正圆曲线及解调细分后含方向的位移变化量。该工作将单频激光干涉技术与圆偏振光干涉技术相结合,解决了常见的双频激光干涉测量结构复杂且成本较高以及单频激光干涉测量无法辨向的问题。 展开更多

Descriptions and representations for direction relations have different levels of detail because of the varying dimensions of spatial objects and different scales of the embedding spaces. Based on a direction- relation matrix, the hierarchical frame of spatial direction relations which partitions direction relations orderly and thoroughly is built. Interior direction relations are used to perfect the representation of direction relations and the binary-encoding idea is creatively applied to construct an interior detailed matrix describing multiple interior direction relations by a uniform matrix. The model integrates topological information into the description model for direction relations, which will lay the foundations of spatial compositive reasoning. 展开更多

Method development has always been and will continue to be a core driving force of microbiome science, In this perspective, we argue that in the next decade, method development in microbiome analysis will be driven by three key changes in both ways of thinking and technological platforms: ① a shift from dissecting microbiota structure by sequencing to tracking microbiota state, function, and intercellular interaction via imaging; ② a shift from interrogating a consortium or population of cells to probing individual cells; and ③a shift from microbiome data analysis to microbiome data science. Some of the recent methoddevelopment efforts by Chinese microbiome scientists and their international collaborators that underlie these technological trends are highlighted here. It is our belief that the China Microbiome Initiative has the opportunity to deliver outstanding "Made-in-China" tools to the international research community, by building an ambitious, competitive, and collaborative program at the forefront of method development for microbiome science. 展开更多

The mitochondrial cytochrome b gene was isolated from the caudal fin of Oryzias latipes and PCR was undertaken to determine phylogeny. The nucleotide sequence of the complete cytochrome b gene including the 5' and 3' ends was 1,143 base pairs (bp) and 1,137 bp encoding 380 and 378 amino acids in the K-11 strain and HS strain, respectively. In addition, higher substitutions both in base and amino acid residues occurred more frequently between the former control (Hd-rR strain) and HS strains than the K-I 1 strain. Approximately similar values in polymorphism, as assessed by restriction endonuclease digestion, were detected when utilizing 20 different enzymes. Therefore, the evolutionary processes were unlikely to involve common ancestors, especially between the K-11 strain and HS strains, in O. latipes populations in Japan. The sequence had been deposited in GenBank Data Base under accession number AB480878 (K-I I strain) and AB480879 (HS strain). 展开更多

Cyprinidae is the biggest family of freshwater fish, but the phylogenetic relationships among its higher-level taxa are not yet fully resolved. In this study, we used the nuclear recombination activating gene 2 and the mitochondrial 16S ribosomal RNA and cytochrome b genes to reconstruct cyprinid phylogeny. Our aims were to (i) demonstrate the effects of partitioned phylo- genetic analyses on phylogeny reconstruction of cyprinid fishes; (ii) provide new insights into the phylogeny of cyprinids. Our study indicated that unpartitioned strategy was optimal for our analyses; partitioned analyses did not provide better-resolved or -supported estimates of cyprinid phylogeny. Bayesian analyses support the following relationships among the major mono- phyletic groups within Cyprinidae: (Cyprininae, Labeoninae), ((Acheilognathinae, ((Leuciscinae, Tincinae), Gobioninae)), Xenocyprirlinae). The placement of Danioninae was poorly resolved. Estimates of divergence dates within the family showed that radiation of the major cyprinid groups occurred during the Late Oligocene through the Late Miocene. Our phylogenetic analyses improved our understanding of the evolutionary history of this important fish family. 展开更多
