热处理对石墨烯镁基复合材料拉伸性能及微结构的影响 被引量:1

为研究时效对石墨烯纳米片/镁基复合材料(GNPs/AZ31)力学性能的影响,对GNPs/AZ31进行了300℃固溶1 h和200℃分别时效4、8、12、16、20、24 h的热处理,并开展不同时效时间下的GNPs/AZ31微观组织表征与拉伸力学性能试验研究。单轴拉伸力... 为研究时效对石墨烯纳米片/镁基复合材料(GNPs/AZ31)力学性能的影响,对GNPs/AZ31进行了300℃固溶1 h和200℃分别时效4、8、12、16、20、24 h的热处理,并开展不同时效时间下的GNPs/AZ31微观组织表征与拉伸力学性能试验研究。单轴拉伸力学试验发现,随着时效时间的增加,GNPs/AZ31的力学性能呈现出先增加后减小的趋势,在时效时间为20 h时的综合力学性能最好,抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率、断裂功和显微硬度分别为381 MPa、258 MPa、23.7%、76 J/m^(3)和75.7 HV,比未处理的GNPs/AZ31复合材料分别提高了9.5%、4.5%、13.9%、24.6%和37.6%。微结构表征试验结果表明,随着时效时间的增加,GNPs/AZ31内第二相(Mg_(17)Al_(12))的析出数量明显增加,并且时效过程均以增加粒径小于1.0μm的小尺寸颗粒的连续析出为主;XRD图谱显示,随着时效时间的增加,Mg_(17)Al_(12)相衍射峰强度得到加强,GNPs/AZ31的(0002)基面织构强度得到提高。本研究可为改善GNPs/AZ31的综合力学性能提供重要的试验数据。 展开更多

空气和水下环境304L不锈钢密封堆焊工艺对比

核电站乏燃料池长时间服役后因腐蚀产生裂纹、孔洞等缺陷,影响安全运行,但对水下环境焊接修复的研究较少。采用ER-2209双相不锈钢实心焊丝完成空气环境和水下环境304不锈钢密封堆焊层的制备。结果表明:堆焊层表面成形连续均匀,无裂纹、... 核电站乏燃料池长时间服役后因腐蚀产生裂纹、孔洞等缺陷,影响安全运行,但对水下环境焊接修复的研究较少。采用ER-2209双相不锈钢实心焊丝完成空气环境和水下环境304不锈钢密封堆焊层的制备。结果表明:堆焊层表面成形连续均匀,无裂纹、夹渣、焊瘤和咬边等缺陷。堆焊层内的微观组织包含双相不锈钢组织以及奥氏体不锈钢组织,且两者之间呈区域性分布。堆焊层横向拉伸试件的应力应变曲线抗拉强度高于母材,变形过程中诱发马氏体相变,使得母材的应力应变曲线后段的强度提高,总体伸长率高于堆焊层。在焊道间熔合处,奥氏体晶粒的结晶取向发生偏转,焊道的织构强度增强,两种环境中顶部横向拉伸试件呈现出较高的抗拉强度和较低的伸长率。由于水下环境的快冷作用促使双相不锈钢组织中的d晶粒向g的转变受到抑制,存在晶粒度较大的d晶粒,d铁素体的层错能较高,堆焊层硬度提高;快冷作用促使奥氏体不锈钢组织中生成大量沿奥氏体晶界分布的板条状铁素体,板条状铁素体区域性分布,提高了奥氏体不锈钢组织的硬度。堆焊层的极化曲线中可以观察到明显的钝化区间,堆焊层具备较好的耐腐蚀性能。分别在空气环境和水下环境制备了304L不锈钢堆焊层,研究了堆焊层的宏观形貌、微观组织和物相组成,分析了堆焊层的力学性能、显微硬度和耐腐蚀性能,研究结果对304L不锈钢浅表裂纹修复工程有重要作用。 展开更多

The severe cold rolling was employed to enhance strength of Mg-3Gd-lZn (mass fraction, %) alloy sheet. The 0.2% yield stress of the Mg-3Gd-1Zn hot-rolled sheet can be increased by 150% through the single-pass cold rolling with the reduction of 23%, due to the high intensity of dislocation and basal texture established during cold rolling. Compared with the Mg-3Gd-lZn hot-rolled sheet, the cold-rolled sheet annealed at 350 for 30 min may get an enhancement in strength without a great loss of ductility. The sheet processed by multi-pass cold rolling does not show a higher strength as expected, due to the softening effect of shear bands. However, the thin slab with the thickness less than 1 mm can be produced by the multi-pass cold rolling with the annealing treatment as few as possible. 展开更多

2195 Al-Li alloy was deformed through extrusion followed by cold-rolling.The textures of the extruded plate and cold-rolled sheet after solutionization were investigated.The longitudinal strength and precipitates afte... 2195 Al-Li alloy was deformed through extrusion followed by cold-rolling.The textures of the extruded plate and cold-rolled sheet after solutionization were investigated.The longitudinal strength and precipitates after T8 aging were measured and observed,respectively.Compared to those in the sheet,T1(Al2 Cu Li)precipitates in the extruded plate after T8 aging are non-uniform,and their incubation time is shorter.The extruded plate after solutionization is not recrystallized and contains 55.28%deformation textures of Brass and S.In the cold-rolled sheet after solutionization,massive recrystallization occurs and S component disappears.Due to the higher fraction of Brass and S textures with higher Schmid factor and lower equivalent sliding system number,the extruded plate possesses an yield strength not higher or even lower,but a tensile strength higher,than the cold-rolled sheet after solutionization.In addition,during the aging after pre-stretch,these textures promote T1 precipitation on preferred sliding planes of cold-rolled sheet and cause its higher yield strength and tensile strength after T8 aging. 展开更多

Asymmetric lowered-temperature rolling was applied to the fabrication of fine-grained ZK60 magnesium alloy sheet with weak basal texture along the rolling direction(RD).The results showed that multi-pass lowered-temperature rolling could significantly improve the microstructure homogeneity and refine the grain size.Meanwhile,a fiber texture along the transverse direction(TD)gradually developed during rolling process.Importantly,the shear deformation along the RD made the c-axis of basal plane rotate to the RD,weakening the basal texture along this direction.Influenced by such microstructure variation,the yield strength along the TD continuously increased due to the successive grain refinement and the increased activation of prismatic slips,whereas the uniform elongation decreased owing to the decline of strain hardening ability.In contrast,the continuous weakening of basal texture along the RD increased the activation of soft basal slips,greatly offsetting the strengthening effect contributed by grain refinement and thereby causing the slight decrease of yield strength. 展开更多

To clarify the influence of the deformation texture on the mechanical properties,pure Mo plates were processed by various cross rolling procedures,and the relation among texture,microstructure and mechanical properties was discussed.The results show that cross rolling of the Mo plates is beneficial for the formation of the rotated cube component,i.e.,{001}<110>.The corresponding orientation density exhibits a positive correlation with the total rolling deformation and the current-pass deformation.When the total deformation is 96%or greater,the Mo plates form a texture orientation dominated by{001}<110>,whereas theγ-fibre texture becomes weaker and the cube texture{100}<100>disappears completely.The presence of{001}<110>has great effects on the properties of cross-rolled Mo plates,which is beneficial for strength enhancement and plasticity reduction in both the rolling direction(RD)and the transverse direction(TD). 展开更多

Daily exposure under solar ultraviolet(UV)and infrared(IR)is prone to cause skin cancer and photoaging.Real-time monitoring of the environmental UV index and IR radiation temperature during outdoor activities can enhance awareness and strengthen personal protection.It is a challenge to design flexible,wearable devices(with measurement capabilities)that can be integrated with apparels.Here,microfluidic spinning technology(MST)was used for the continuous and large-scale fabrication of eco-friendly coresheath Janus fibers with a well-defined axially symmetric Janus core.One side of the core was sensitive to UV light and the opposite was sensitive to IR radiation.Textiles woven with Janus fibers showed excellent independent reversible color responses to dual-wavelength stimulation.Such textiles switched among four colors under UV and IR irradiation,both individually and in combination.The color gradient of the textiles changed significantly with increasing UV intensity(UV index).After 60 cycles of UV/IR stimulation and 50 washes,the change rate of the comprehensive chromatic aberration(ΔE_(ab)^(*))of the textiles under different conditions was only 0.42%-4.71%.This was attributed to the unique structure of the fibers.The three-line striped textiles demonstrated the potential of the fibers to be used as wearable energy-free realtime visual monitors of the UV index and IR radiation temperature. 展开更多
