调摄冲任法论治经前皮肤黏膜疾病

文章总结运用调摄冲任法治疗经前皮肤黏膜疾病的经验。女子以冲任为本,二脉起于胞中,相并而行,与足少阴、足厥阴、足太阴三经相交汇,取三经之精血以为养,故冲任为病,与肝、脾、肾、胞宫最为密切。经前期,冲任胞宫气血满盈,欲循冲任而泛溢肌肤,若脏腑失和,累及冲任,或邪气侵扰冲任,均可导致冲任失调,发为经前皮肤黏膜疾病。基于此,笔者认为经前皮肤黏膜疾病的核心病机为冲任失调,当治以调摄冲任,同时应重视肝、脾、肾、胞宫的调治,对在经前痤疮、经前荨麻疹、经前阴痒等经前皮肤黏膜疾病的治疗具有重要作用。
