基于330 MW和660 MW机组超低排放环保岛的实际情况和电厂基础数据调研,采用费用-效益分析方法开展不同机组超低排放环保岛经济性评估研究工作,同时结合情景设置,研究负荷、含硫量及年发电时间等关键因素变化对污染物脱除成本的影响。结... 基于330 MW和660 MW机组超低排放环保岛的实际情况和电厂基础数据调研,采用费用-效益分析方法开展不同机组超低排放环保岛经济性评估研究工作,同时结合情景设置,研究负荷、含硫量及年发电时间等关键因素变化对污染物脱除成本的影响。结果表明:660 MW机组相较于330 MW机组污染物脱除成本低,无需额外投入环保运行成本,吨煤污染物脱除成本减少12.955元;两机组环境效益均较好;增大机组运行时间、燃用高硫煤以及机组在高负荷率下运行,易于降低污染物脱除成本。 展开更多

以一种充电保持型并联式混合动力电动汽车(HYBRID ELECTRICAL VEHICLE,HEV)为具体对象,研究以瞬时等效燃油经济性和排放性能为综合优化目标的控制策略。该策略以传动系统的能量转换效率和排放“效率”作为评价燃油经济性和排放的指标来... 以一种充电保持型并联式混合动力电动汽车(HYBRID ELECTRICAL VEHICLE,HEV)为具体对象,研究以瞬时等效燃油经济性和排放性能为综合优化目标的控制策略。该策略以传动系统的能量转换效率和排放“效率”作为评价燃油经济性和排放的指标来建立优化目标方程,通过基于HEV整车及动力总成相关数学模型所建立的MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真优化平台,搜寻出全部转速-转矩需求条件下动力总成各元件的理想能量分配及相应档位,并以MAP图的形式存储于车载监控器中。监控器根据HEV荷电保持的设计要求,按瞬时工况调用这些MAP图,以简单查表计算方式对理想值实时地作适当修正和调整。所述监控策略的有效性、实时性通过若干典型行驶工况仿真及实车应用得以证实,展现出良好的实用价值。 展开更多

Target Gap of Emission Reduction for China:Analysis based on Elastic Decoupling

The present paper analyzes historically the relationship between carbon emission and economic development by different stages through adopting elastic decoupling methods and Tapio evaluation criteria along with a comparison with the national Five Year Plans. The analysis shows that the influencing factors to the relationship between carbon emission and economy in China are different, and economic development and carbon emission have less connection in the recent 30 years of reform and opening-up in China. It is a difficult task to realize the promise that we will reduce carbon emission by 40%-50% in 2020 based on the data from historical experience and different expectations for economic development from economists. Through constructing the calcula- tion model of carbon emission intensity gap according to different development scenarios, the analysis shows that economic growth, infrastructure investment and further development of industrial-ization are the main drivers to the increase of carbon emission, technological progress, and particularly, the reduction of energy consumption is the primary means to reduce carbon emission in China. It is imperative to transform the economic growth pattern, and it is a grand task to perform and there is a long way to go for China to maintain economic growth and reduce carbon intensity. 展开更多

Climate change threatens the sustainable development and survival of the small Caribbean island nations. The continual rise in the demand and cost of the earth's finite hydrocarbon energy reservoir drives these countries to examine the integration of renewable energy to reduce green house gas emissions whilst meeting their electrical energy demands. One possible renewable energy source is wind. Trinidad and Tobago, through its renewable energy policy, is seeking to reliably and economically integrate wind power with its conventional power generation sources. This paper assesses the adequacy of wind power generation at potential sites through the use of auto-regressive modeling and the use of Monte Carlo Simulation to evaluate the well-being indices for the combination of wind and conventional power generation. Two sites in the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago were identified as case studies for the proposed methodology. Analysis of the results indicated that the methodology should be applied to sites with conditions encouraging economic feasibility of wind power generation. 展开更多

Driven by a demand for better fuel economy and increasingly stringent emissions regulations over a wide range of customers and applications,engine manufacturers have turned towards engine downsizing as the most potent enabler to meet these requirements.With boosting systems becoming ever more numerous as the technical solutions to complex boosting requirements of the internal combustion engine increase,it is time for an overview of available and under development boosting technologies and systems and for a discussion of their relevance to downsizing efforts.The presented analysis shows that there are no standard solutions for all the different applications as the trends indicate a rising complexity to meet with the extreme boosting requirements predicted for the remainder of the decade.These trends include variable geometry,a shift from single to two(or more)stages,extensive actuation for bypassing exhaust flows,exhaust flow regulation and pulsating exhaust energy recovery, severe electrification and an extensive effort downstream from the turbine to capture waste heat after the principal turbo- charger/supercharger system. 展开更多
