Now the term "Ecotourism" is almost applied to all tourism activities which are based on nature. Faced to the flooding of those unqualified Ecotourism, it is of great necessity to put forward professional claim. The present writer holds that the key to the realization of rigorous Ecotourism chiefly lies in the relationships among the different interest groups involved in it. So the focus of this paper is just on giving a special analysis to the interest relations between those stakeholders which include local government, tour-operators, local residents and eco-tourists, and thus helping to find out what wrong is in those unqualified Ecotourism and the roots of those problems.展开更多

In this paper, the present status of economic structure of Shaanxi Province is analyzed, and available primal problem is indicated. There have been a lot of problems in economic structure of Shaanxi Province, mainly including slow tertiary industry development, comparatively grave unbalance of light and heavy industries proportion, lagged development in high and new technology industries, high industry convergence degree, low scale effect, slow agriculture expanding and so on. Meanwhile, homologous countermeasure is given in this text： we should develop tertiary industry with tourism as the leading role energetically to promote industrial hierarchy, impulse structural rationalization of foreign trade through international cooperation and competition, accelerate the industrialization, promote industrial structure upgrade, develop the high and new technology industries quickly, accelerate the promotion of industry scale effect and expedite expansion of industry colony. We should also develop superior industry, reduce industry convergence degree, and develop the agriculture energetically to promote the industrialization and modernization of agriculture. These points are given in the interest of supplying gist and reference to government in industrial structure adjusting and policy making.展开更多
The study of bilateral markets, in an equilibrium perspective, began to catch labor economists＇ attention in recent decades since they allow the prediction of market anomalies or flaws. In the study there appears a m...The study of bilateral markets, in an equilibrium perspective, began to catch labor economists＇ attention in recent decades since they allow the prediction of market anomalies or flaws. In the study there appears a matching process whose theoretical analysis is known as bilateral assignment model. Among the different examples of bilateral markets and the assignment processes linked with them is the real-estate market. Its characteristics raise problems which affect low-income groups mainly, for which the state＇s mission is critical. These problems motivated the authors of the present work to provide a solution by using the results obtained in the assignment models with capacity restrictions. In this work the study is made of the real-estate market with the variant of the state intervention in housing assignment. The situation raised here is that the state has the task of facilitating low-income people access to housing so that they can participate in the real-estate market. In order to be able to fulfill its work, the state has a list of people willing to sell or rent homes thanks to tax cuts or some compensation offered by the state, for example. However, the state budget is limited and its participation will have a certain quota. Like the bilateral market, this new model solves the problem in which buyers and sellers are assigned to one another so that they can satisfy a property of stability. It is also shown that it is possible to find assignments for which there are no buyer-seller coalitions affecting such stability. A method is shown by means of which it is possible to solve the problem of truncating the benefits given to buyers and sellers under the emergency of budget cut.展开更多

Political participation has to be affected by the social and economic development, political system, social and environmental factors, countries generally believe that collaboration between the Government and social organizations, networks of enterprises, schools and other interested parties are currently the main mode of network governance. College students are the main power of the network of political participation, the university plays an important role in the political participation process. Therefore, this article takes online political participation of college students as a starting point, through questionnaires and case interviews and other methods to investigate the current status of college students online political participation, analyze network characteristics and problems of college students in political participation, to guide the college network path which provides reference for orderly participation in political studies.展开更多
