Early detection and accurate preoperative staging of gastric cancer is essential for plannin...IntroductionGastric cancer is one of the most common cancers and one of the most frequent causes of cancer deaths worldwide. Early detection and accurate preoperative staging of gastric cancer is essential for planning optimal therapy such as endoscopic mucosal resection or gastric resection and offers the best prognosis. With advanced technology in diagnostic instruments and the mass screening, early gastric cancer has been detected easier. One-point cancer of gastric is a special type of early gastric cancer. Diagnosis of one-point cancer of gastric is important for both the immediate treatment and the prognosis. There is still no consensus on the operation extent and postoperative treatment for patients with one-point cancer of gastric. Learned from previous reports, we know that existed in the superficial layer of the gastric mucosa and the superficial ulcer is one of the important characteristics of one point cancer of gastric. Herein, we report a case of one point cancer of gastric with the appearance of a deep infiltrating ulcer. To the best of our knowledge, no such type of one point cancer of gastric has been reported.展开更多

Adopting the contrastive analysis to introduce briefly the long-term care insurance system in German, Japan and America for our learning. Therefore, China＇s long-term care insurance system could not totally indiscriminately imitate the mandatory long-term care insurance system in German and Japan, it also could not copy the business model of nursing insurance system in America. The conclusion is that long-term care insurance system in China should use the experience of developed countries based on the basic national conditions, doing some relative works, such as establishing policies and regulations, strengthening personnel training, and improving the market specification.展开更多

Conditions for...This paper contains a study of propagation of singular travelling waves u（x, t） for conservation laws ut ＋ [Ф（u）]x = ψ（u）, where Ф, ψ are entire functions taking real values on the real axis. Conditions for the propagation of wave profiles β ＋ mδ and β ＋ mδt are presented （β is a real continuous function, m ≠ 0 is a real number and δ＇ is the derivative of the Dirac measure 5）. These results are obtained with a consistent concept of solution based on our theory of distributional products. Burgers equation ut ＋ （u2/2）x = 0, the iffusionless Burgers-Fischer equation ut ＋ a（u2/2）x = ru（1 - u/k） with a, r, k being positive numbers, Leveque and Yee equation ut ＋ ux = μx（1 - u）（u - u/k） with μ ≠ 0, and some other examples are studied within such a setting. Extensive numerical investigations of the performance and flow structure in an unshrouded tandem-bladed centrifugal compressor are presented in comparison to a conventional compressor.Stage characteristics are explore...Extensive numerical investigations of the performance and flow structure in an unshrouded tandem-bladed centrifugal compressor are presented in comparison to a conventional compressor.Stage characteristics are explored for various tip clearance levels,axial spacings and circumferential clockings.Conventional impeller was modified to tandem-bladed design with no modifications in backsweep angle,meridional gas passage and camber distributions in order to have a true comparison with conventional design.Performance degradation is observed for both the conventional and tandem designs with increase in tip clearance.Linear-equation models for correlating stage characteristics with tip clearance are proposed.Comparing two designs,it is clearly evident that the conventional design shows better performance at moderate flow rates.However;near choke flow,tandem design gives better results primarily because of the increase in throat area.Surge point flow rate also seems to drop for tandem compressor resulting in increased range of operation.展开更多
