目的:观察天麻活血汤联合西药治疗风痰瘀阻型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将80例风痰瘀阻型后循环缺血性眩晕患者采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予抗血小板聚集、营养神经、活血化瘀等基础治疗和尼麦角林片对...目的:观察天麻活血汤联合西药治疗风痰瘀阻型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将80例风痰瘀阻型后循环缺血性眩晕患者采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予抗血小板聚集、营养神经、活血化瘀等基础治疗和尼麦角林片对症治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加服天麻活血汤(天麻、胆南星、半夏、钩藤、羚羊角、川芎、当归、芍药、丹参),水煎,1 d 1剂,分早晚2次温服。两组均以14 d为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈17例,显效13例,有效9例,无效1例,有效率为97.5%;对照组治愈10例,显效9例,有效15例,无效6例,有效率为85.0%。两组对比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻活血汤联合西药治疗风痰瘀阻型后循环缺血性眩晕疗效显著,安全性高。展开更多

The thermodynamic property...In order to develop a feasible model of drum level sloshing, the mechanism of drum level sloshing was analyzed, and the model of drum level sloshing was developed on the Easy5 software flat. The thermodynamic property of the model was validated by using the reference model, which was set up by using the method of lump parameter. The results indicate that the model can precisely reflect the phenomena of thermodynamic property inside drum, and the numeric error is within 1%. And the hydraulic property of the model was validated by the analytical theory of liquid sloshing, and the results indicate that the hydraulic property inside drum can also be correctly reflected by the model, and the sloshing period error is within 5%. The important work was done for exploring modeling for drum level sloshing, research of drum level sloshing and precision controlling of drum level.展开更多

Despite the fact that HABP1 possesses mitochondrial localization signal, it has also been l...Hyaluronan binding protein 1 (HABP1) is a negatively charged multifunctional mammalian protein with a unique structural fold. Despite the fact that HABP1 possesses mitochondrial localization signal, it has also been localized to other cellular compartments. Using indirect immunofluorescence, we examined the sub-cellular localization of HABP1 and its dynamics during mitosis. We wanted to determine whether it distributes in any distinctive manner after mitotic nuclear envelope disassembly or is dispersed randomly throughout the cell. Our results reveal the golgi localization of HABP1 and demonstrate its complete dispersion throughout the cell during mitosis. This distinctive distribution pattern of HABP1 during mitosis resembles its ligand hyaluronan, suggesting that in concert with each other the two molecules play critical roles in this dynamic process.展开更多

The products were diagnosed by using NMR spectrum, infrared (IR) and mass spectrometer techniques. It is concluded that these products could widely be used in the synthesis of insect pheromones instead of insecticides and as useful intermediate compounds in many chemical reactions.展开更多
