为了解决水润滑橡胶尾轴承静刚度选取时,经验值与实际值相差较大的问题,提出了一种基于唯象理论的水润滑橡胶尾轴承静刚度计算模型。应用线性回归法和有限元法对计算模型进行线性化处理,求得静刚度模型参数,并用方差分析法对尾轴承静刚... 为了解决水润滑橡胶尾轴承静刚度选取时,经验值与实际值相差较大的问题,提出了一种基于唯象理论的水润滑橡胶尾轴承静刚度计算模型。应用线性回归法和有限元法对计算模型进行线性化处理,求得静刚度模型参数,并用方差分析法对尾轴承静刚度的影响因素进行显著性检验。通过试验对尾轴承静刚度计算模型的正确性和有效性进行验证,提出了刚度修正系数。分析结果表明:长径比对尾轴承静刚度的影响最显著,弹性模量和比压次之,橡胶厚度影响最小;静刚度计算模型与参考文献中估算法和经验法相比,静刚度最小与最大相对误差分别为0.41%和34.77%,静刚度更接近橡胶尾轴承实际数值;橡胶尾轴承静刚度随比压升高非线性增大,最大达1.83×108 N·m-1。 展开更多

Many joint models available to predict secondary bending moments in the structure have a stiffness mismatch, while this type of structure widely used in aircraft. To determine how to represent a structure with a stiffness mismatch in a combined joint (bonded/riveted), a non-linear finite element analysis was performed. The detailed validation of this analysis identified the composite stiffened skin as the most suitable model in three dimensions. The use of this model for validating the secondary bending moment to calculate the behavior of the stiffener edge is straightforward and reliable. Experiments were performed to determine the distribution of the load in a combined joint under a tensile load that creates a secondary bending moment in a structure with a stiffness mismatch. The influence of related joint design considerations on the load transferred by the joint were examined through a finite element parameter analysis. The results are compared to determine best approach to predict the mechanical behavior at the edge of the stiffener. A close agreement between the finite element analysis and experimental results was obtained. Test observations using a C-scan compared well with the predictions of the onset of crack growth. 展开更多

Taizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge is the first three-pylon two-span suspension bridge in China. The main girder adopts flat steamline steel closed box girder which has well wind-resistant capability and is technically mature besides beautiful appearance. Straight web plates of the steel box girder in longitudinal direction are proposed in order to ensure the integrity of the steel box girder, and to keep the stress of the steel box girder continuous in the middle pylon, as well as to reduce the gradient of the middle pylon columns. The cross section of the box girder has one box with three cells. Solid-web diaphragm plate with good integrity and high torsional stiffness is adopted. The lifting lugs are utilized in the anchors of suspender cable. In this paper, selection of the cross section of the steel box girder, the general structure design, local structure design and main structure calculation results of Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge are introduced emphatically. 展开更多

To solve the problems of divergence,low accuracy and project application of membrane wrinkling analysis,an analysis method of zero shear modulus and equivalent stiffness was proposed.This method is an improvement to the previous method (Method I) of local coordinate transposition and stiffness equivalence.The new method is derived and the feasibility is theoretically proved.A small-scale membrane structure is analyzed by the two methods,and the results show that the computational efficiency of the new method (Method II) is approximately 23 times that of Method I.When Method II is applied to a large-scale membrane stadium structure,it is found that this new method can quickly make the second principal stress of one way wrinkled elements zero,and make the two principal stresses of two-way wrinkled elements zero as well.It could attain the correct load responses right after the appearance of wrinkled elements,which indicates that Method II can be applied to wrinkling analysis of large-scale membrane structures. 展开更多
