How to evaluate the multi-functional nature of housing is very useful in both theory and in application, yet it is often ignored in China. This paper introduces an approach to estimate the multicriteria function of housing using multiattribute utility theory (MAUT) based on consumers’ ordinal multicriteria preferences as determined via questionnaires. When compared with the classic framework in which MAUT is applied, this approach needs less prior information and subjective comparisons and thus can allay many of the operational difficulties involved in assessment. Some potential applications to the China housing market are also discussed.展开更多
We propose a method that can achieve the Naxi-English bilingual word automatic alignment based on a log-linear model.This method defines the different Naxi-English structural feature functions,which are English-Naxi i...We propose a method that can achieve the Naxi-English bilingual word automatic alignment based on a log-linear model.This method defines the different Naxi-English structural feature functions,which are English-Naxi interval switching function and Naxi-English bilingual word position transformation function.With the manually labeled Naxi-English words alignment corpus,the parameters of the model are trained by using the minimum error,thus Naxi-English bilingual word alignment is achieved automatically.Experiments are conducted with IBM Model 3 as a benchmark,and the Naxi language constraints are introduced.The final experiment results show that the proposed alignment method achieves very good results:the introduction of the language characteristic function can effectively improve the accuracy of the Naxi-English Bilingual Word Alignment.展开更多
Acupoints are particular areas on the surface of the body through which the Qi and blood of the Zang-fu organs and meridians flow.Acupoints can respond to stimuli and reflect syndromes.Research on the essential morpho...Acupoints are particular areas on the surface of the body through which the Qi and blood of the Zang-fu organs and meridians flow.Acupoints can respond to stimuli and reflect syndromes.Research on the essential morphology of acupoints has two key focuses:anatomical structure and physiological function.The structure is the material and anatomical basis for the function,while the function is the manifestation of the structure.The two factors not only have profound significance for our understanding of the essence of acupoints,but also have great value for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion practice.Based on the structural and functional characteristics of meridians under different physiological and pathological conditions,this paper illustrates the essence of acupoints and explores the rules and biological basis of the acupoint functions induced by acupuncture and moxibustion.展开更多
