兆泰国际中心裙房结构加建可行性分析

兆泰国际中心主体结构高度为99. 40m,选用框架-双核心筒抗侧力结构体系。由于后期方案调整,主体结构高度变为79. 74m,拟在裙房东侧和北侧上部进行加建。提出四种不同加建层数的钢结构加建方案,并进行有限元分析,对比整体指标的变化,对... 兆泰国际中心主体结构高度为99. 40m,选用框架-双核心筒抗侧力结构体系。由于后期方案调整,主体结构高度变为79. 74m,拟在裙房东侧和北侧上部进行加建。提出四种不同加建层数的钢结构加建方案,并进行有限元分析,对比整体指标的变化,对竖向构件、水平构件进行复核,对基础底板柱的冲切进行验算,并结合既有工程建设完成情况,提出相应的加固处理方法。分析结果表明:通过对四种加建方案结构模型分析比对,同时考虑加建建筑经济性和可实施性,得出加建5层钢结构的方案可行,整体指标基本满足规范要求。由于上部结构加建使得部分下部框架柱轴压比过大,需要进行结构加固。对既有建筑进行了后期加建分析,重点考虑了新建结构对既有结构的影响,可供类似结构加建工程借鉴。 展开更多

The testing of thirteen reinforeed concrete (RC) beams strengthened by epoxy-bonded glass fiber reinforced plastic plate (GFRP) shows that the RC beam and the GFRP plate with epoxy bonding on it can work fairly well in coordination to eaeh other. But there is relative slipping between RC beam and GFRP plate. And the strain of GFRP and steel rebar of RC beam satisfies the quasi-plane-hypothesis, that is, the strain of longitudinal fiher that parallels to the neutral axis of plated beam within the scope of effective height ( h0 ) of the cross section is in direct proportion to the distance from the fiber to the neutral axis. Most research papers about parallel kinematic chainmechanisms investigate symmetric robot manipulators, in which all the limbs connecting the end-effector to the fixed based are composed by the same sequence of links and joints. Contrarily, in some manipulation tasks the velocity and stiffness requirements are anisotropic. In such cases, the asymmetric parallel kinematic chain mechanisms may offer advantages. This work objective is to present the synthesis, dynamic modeling and analysis of a 3-dof asymmetric parallel chain mechanism, conceived as a robot manipulator for pick-and-place operations. Firs't, a structural synthesis, resulting in a three translations end-effector, and a kinematic modeling are carried out. Then, the inverse dynamic modeling is developed by employing the virtual work principle. Based on the model equations and on the saturation of the mechanism actuators, a maximum acceleration analysis is performed and shows that although the mechanism has a parallel architecture its actuators influences on the 3-dof are quite decoupled. 展开更多

Experimental Research on Seismic Performance of Storey-Adding Frame Structures

The seismic behaviors of an integral concreting frame, a light steel storey-adding frame and a storeyadding frame strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)were investigated under low-cycle and repeated load(scale 1∶3). The failure characteristics, hysteretic behavior, rigidity degeneracy, deflection ductility and energy-dissipation capacity of the three specimens were compared. The test results reveal that chemicallybonded rebar technique can meet the requirements of storey-adding engineering. The carrying capacity, the deflection ductility, the energy-dissipating capacity and seismic performance of the light steel storey-adding frame are higher than those of the integral concreting frame, and they are the highest in the storey-adding frame strengthened with CFRP. 展开更多

The current steel-concrete composite floors design might be susceptible to the resonance phenomenon, causing undesirable vibrations in the frequency range that is the most noticeable to humans, i.e., 4 Hz to 8 Hz. This way, the main objective of this work is to investigate the dynamic structural behaviour of a steel-concrete composite multi-storey building when subjected to human rhythmic activities (aerobics). The studied structural model represents a typical interior floor bay of a commercial building used for gym and is composed by three floor levels spanning 20 m by 20 m, with a total area of 3×400 m2. An extensive parametric study was developed aiming to obtain the peak accelerations, RMS (root mean square) accelerations and VDV (vibration dose value) values, based on two different mathematical formulations. The human comfort of the building was analysed and the vibration transmissibility related to the steel columns was verified. Based on the found results, the investigated structural model presented high vibration levels that compromise the human comfort. 展开更多
