The value of total cost varies considerablv with the composition differences, so the values of e should be optimized in order to obtain minimum TAC of a MEN. This articleconsiders ε as a set of unequal variables for each equilibrium equation of a rich-lean stream pair, employing them to build the CID and mathematical model, which optimizes the structure and composition differences simultaneously. Two examples are applied to illustrate the proposed method and the results demonstrate that the approach introduced by this article is simpler and more convenient than the methods in previous literatures.展开更多

The differences are manifested in languages they speak and constitute an obstacle in bi-directional understanding and interpretation. In the paper, efforts are made to exemplify the differences in English and Chinese sentence-making, and explain them in terms of the different thought patterns. The author hopes to facilitate readers to have a better understanding of the 2 different peoples and languages.展开更多

The results showed that the crystalline regions of grafted fibers were hardly affected and the fiber fission occurred on the cross sections of grafted fibers. The surface of fibers was covered with a high polymer film. The Raman spectrum showed there was little change in the conformation of grafted fibers which mainly remained β-sheet conformation. The IR of the grafted silk fibers showed new absorption of bands occurred which belonged to the stretching-vibrationabsorption-peak bands of Vo-o and VC-F of aliphatic ester species. The CF3-, -CF2- and -CFH- grafted silk macromodecul were verified in the NMR spectrum. The amion acid analysis indicated fluoride monomers were inclined to graft with TYR, ARG and CLU silk fibers.展开更多

The issue has been puzzling language learners for many years. This paper, by discussing some similarities and diversities between English and Chinese, offers an approach to understand the two languages in full length. A brief analysis about the features of English and Chinese by way of linguistics, cultural comparison, and cognition shows that in learning English or Chinese, one should follow its rules and laws, and figure out its corresponding expressions under the condition that the tone, the attitude, the stress of the text are greatly emphasized and taken into consideration. Bewar.e of these laws between the two languages will make learning easier. Meanwhile, this paper also offers a translation tip differences and awareness after the discussion of each topic about the features of English and Chinese as regarding they may serve as some useful tips in translation.展开更多
