Inte- grated the data of coal macrostructure characteristics, coal petrography analysis and coal gas production test, it studies the rela- tionship between coalbody structure and amplitude variation of different well logging data, and the tectonic coal recognition method with well logging data in fresh-water mud invasion. The results show that: the anomalous response of natural gamma ray, neutron, density and apparent resistivity does not reflect the coalbody structure type. In fresh-water drilling mud invasion, using the crossplot technique of dual-lateral, RXO resistivity response and the coalbody structure can classify granulated coal accurately; the proposed method is of good practicability and high reliability.展开更多

However, there are unending changes in the modern clothes, and therefore it is particularly important to explore a new design way of thinking in the field of design. It can capture dynamic structural changes of large protein complexes, which other ...Cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) plays an important role in determining the structure of proteins, viruses, and even the whole cell. It can capture dynamic structural changes of large protein complexes, which other methods such as X-ray crystallography and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis find difficult. The signal-to-noise ratio of cryo-EM images is low and the contrast is very weak, and therefore, the images are very noisy and require filtering. In this paper, a filtering method based on non-local means and Zernike moments is proposed. The method takes into account the rotational symmetry of some biological molecules to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio of cryo-EM images. The method may be useful in cryo-EM image processing such as the automatic selection of particles, orientation determination, and the building of initial models.展开更多

This confines its application scope. We aim at groupwise dimension reduction with overlapped group structure or even unknown group structure. To this end, existing groupwise dimension reduction concept is extended to be compatible with overlapped group structure. Then, the envelope method is ameliorated to deal with overlapped groupwise dimension reduction. As an application, Gaussian graphic model is employed to estimate the structure between predictors when the group structure is not given, and the amended envelope method is used for groupwise dimension reduction with graphic structure. Furthermore, the rationale of the proposed estimation procedure is explained at the population level and the estimation consistency is proved at the sample level. Finally, the finite sample performance of the proposed methods is examined via numerical simulations and a body fat data analysis.展开更多
