海洋沉积物的工程性质决定着海洋平台等海底锚固系统的安全稳定。针对南海科考2020年嘉庚号共享航次获得的南海西部深海沉积物,开展南海西部海域深海原状和重塑沉积物的固结试验和三轴排水剪切试验,探讨结构性对原状海洋沉积物的力学和... 海洋沉积物的工程性质决定着海洋平台等海底锚固系统的安全稳定。针对南海科考2020年嘉庚号共享航次获得的南海西部深海沉积物,开展南海西部海域深海原状和重塑沉积物的固结试验和三轴排水剪切试验,探讨结构性对原状海洋沉积物的力学和变形特性影响。通过分析海洋沉积物的沉积环境和胶结结构性的形成过程,对原状海洋沉积物的有效应力进行修正,定义结构性因子,假设原状海洋沉积物的正常固结压缩指数为结构性因子的函数,引入结构性因子发展式并结合修正剑桥模型,提出考虑原状海洋沉积物胶结结构性的弹塑性本构模型,并通过与试验结果的对比,验证了其有效性。研究结果表明:原状海洋沉积物的压缩曲线具有明显的非线性特征,其压缩性随着荷载增大而迅速增大,压缩曲线逐渐趋近于重塑土;相同围压条件下原状海洋沉积物的抗剪强度低于重塑土,体变则大于重塑土;所建立的弹塑性本构模型能够较好地描述不同受力状态下原状海洋沉积物的应力–应变特征。研究成果将为海底锚固系统的稳定性分析和海底工程灾害的防治提供理论基础。 展开更多

From March to May, 2004, we selected 8 typical parks or green lands in Shanghai downtown as the study sites to conduct a ornithological research. During this study, total 55 species of birds were recorded, which included 31 resident and 24 migratory species. With statistics methodology, we analyzed the avian communities with 10 major environmental factors covering the park area, water percentage, vegetation species, canopy cover, shrub cover, grass cover, hill number, location condition, human quantity, path width, the study results indicated that: (1) the following 7 environmental factors were important to impact the structures of the avian community, they were park area, vegetation species, shrub coverage, grass coverage, hill number, location condition of the parks and path width; (2) the avian community of theses urban parks tended to deteriorate in the bird number and diversity; the man-made lake which was currently promoted in the park designing and planning process would not be good to attract the birds. 展开更多

The quench sensitivity of 6351 alloy was determined by the time temperature-transformation(TTT) curves and time temperature-property(TTP) curves by an interrupted quench technique with measurement of as-aged hardness and as-quenched electro-conductivity.The microstructure transformation during isothermal treatment was studied by the transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and Avrami equation.The results showed that the electro-conductivity of the 6351 alloy increased and the hardness decreased with prolonging the holding time at a certain isothermal temperature.The TEM observation indicated that the supersaturated solid solution decomposed and needles β″ precipitated at the initial stage of isothermal holding.With the prolongation of holding time at the nose temperature,rod β' and plate β phases formed.The isothermal transformation rate at 360℃ was the fastest,and became slow at 280℃ and reached the slowest at 440℃.The nose temperatures of the TTT and TTP curves were about 360℃ and the high quench sensitive temperature range was 230 430℃.The quench factor analysis indicated that the cooling rate should be more than 15℃/s in the quench sensitive areas in order to get optimal mechanical properties. 展开更多

Aggregate stability is a very important predictor of soil structure and strength, which influences soil erodibility. Several aggregate stability indices were selected erodibility of four soil properties from temperate for estimating interrill types with contrasting and subtropical regions of China. This study was conducted to investigate how closely the soil interrill erodibility factor in the Water Erosion Prediction Project (WEPP) model relates to soil aggregate stability. The mass fractal dimension (FD), geometric mean diameter (GMD), mean weight diameter (MWD), and aggregate stability index (ASI) of soil aggregates were calculated. A rainfall simulator with a drainable flume (3.0 m long × 1.0 m wide × 0.5 m deep) was used at four slope gradients (5°,10 °,15° and 20°), and four rainfall intensities (0.6, 1.1, 1.7 and 2.5 mm/min). Results indicated that the interriU erodibility (Ki) values were significantly correlated to the indices of ASI, MWD, GMD, and FD computed from the aggregate wet-sieve data. The Kihad a strong positive correlation with FD, as well as a strong negative correlation with ASI, GMD, and MWD. Soils with a higher aggregate stability and lower fractal dimension have smaller Ki values. Stable soils were characterized by a high percentage of large aggregates and the erodible soils by a high percentage of smaller aggregates. The correlation coefficients of Ki with ASI and GMD were greater than those with FD and MWD, implying that both the ASI and GMD may be better alternative parameters for empirically predicting the soil Ki factor. ASI and GMD are more reasonable in interrill soil erodibility estimation, compared with Ki calculation in original WEPP model equation. Results demonstrate the validation of soil aggregation characterization as an appropriate indicator of soil susceptibility to erosion in contrasting soil types in China. 展开更多

It is economically advantageous to cast wrought aluminum alloys directly into near-net-shape components.The objective of the present work is to take advantage of the rheoforming with 7075 alloy to improve the competitiveness of this emerging technology in the manufacture of wrought aluminum alloy.High quality semi-solid slurry was produced,in which primary α(Al) presents in diameter of 62 μm and shape factor of 0.78 and features no eutectics entrapped.Higher forming pressure results in small grain size,improved shape factor and higher density.Especially,rheoforming can effectively reduce the occurrence of hot tearing.The average yield strength and elongation of the rheoformed samples in the T6 condition are 483 MPa and 8%,respectively. 展开更多

The topological expression is used in study of the coherence and the decoherence. We find the expression of vorticity for decoherence has a similar form as that for coherence. A topological reason leading to the decoherence is given and a new parameter is defined to indicate the coherence degree. The guide-weight method is introduced to solve the topology optimization problems of thermoelastic structures in this paper.First,the solid isotropic microstructure with penalization(SIMP)with different penalty factors is selected as a material interpolation model for the thermal and mechanical fields.The general criteria of the guide-weight method is then presented.Two types of iteration formulas of the guide-weight method are applied to the topology optimization of thermoelastic structures,one of which is to minimize the mean compliance of the structure with material constraint,whereas the other one is to minimize the total weight with displacement constraint.For each type of problem,sensitivity analysis is conducted based on SIMP model.Finally,four classical 2-dimensional numerical examples and a 3-dimensional numerical example considering the thermal field are selected to perform calculation.The factors that affect the optimal topology are discussed,and the performance of the guide-weight method is tested.The results show that the guide-weight method has the advantages of simple iterative formula,fast convergence and relatively clear topology result. 展开更多
