高层建筑结构风压与地震响应联合优化设计研究

Proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) is an effective statistical technique for data reduction and feature extraction of the random field including the wind field. This paper introduces the theory of the POD and illustrates engineering of structures. Using the POD technique, it is shown that wind pressure data can be accurately reconstructed with a limited number of modes using the wind pressure data from wind tunnel test. Comparing the reconstructed values by POD with the original measured values from the wind tunnel test both in the time and frequency domains, it is concluded that the proper orthogonal decomposition(POD) is an efficient and practical technique for deriving the random wind pressure field from limited known data as shown in the pitched roof example in this paper. 展开更多

Wind Pressure Distribution and Wind-induced Dynamic Response for Spatial Groined Latticed Vaults 被引量:3

The wind pressure distribution and wind-induced vibration responses of long-span spatial groined latticed vaults (SGLVs) were numerically simulated, which always are ones of the most important problems in the structural wind resistance design. Incompressible visco-fluid model was introduced, and the standard k - two equation model and semi-implicit method for pressure linked equation (SIMPLE) were used to describe the flow turbulence. Furthermore, the structural dynamic equation was set up, which is solved by Newmark-fl method. And several sort of wind-induced vibration coefficients such as the wind-induced vibration coefficient corresponding to the nodal displacement responses and wind loads were suggested. In the numerical simulation where the SGLV consisting of the cylindrical sectors with different curved surface was chosen as the example, the influence on the relative wind pressure distribution and structural wind-induced vibration responses of the closed or open SGLV caused by such parameters as the number of cylindrical sectors, structural curvature and the ratio of rise to span was investigated. Finally, some useful conclusions on the local wind pressure distribution on the structural surface and the wind-induced vibration coefficients of SGLV were developed. 展开更多

Wind loading is one of the most significant factors in civil engineering that influences the structural design considerably.In this paper,a group of manufacturing equipments for downburst simulation based on impinging jet model was developed for investigating the wind loads on structures:including the centrifugal air bellows to generate airflow,a movable platform to realize multiple locations of the building and a freely rotatable turntable to implement alterable building angles.Hundreds of transducers were used to measure the wind action on all surfaces of the building.The pressure coefficients calculated from the observed data were utilized to evaluate the downburst wind load.Pressure distributions on three prism-shaped building models with different placements and angles were investigated to obtain the maximum wind action and mean pressure coefficients.The results showed that the maximum pressure coefficient would reach 1.0 on the top surface if the downburst just broke out over the edifice.Considering that the building was in the developing field of the downburst,the top and the front surfaces would be under high wind pressure and only the back surface would endure wind suction.When the downdraft happens away from the prismatic building,all surfaces,except the front surface,would subject to suction with different degrees.It was also found that the pressure coefficient on the right surface would get its negative peak at first and then go straight up to 0.6 as the angle changed from 0°to 45°and the wind pressure on the front surface would decrease slightly through the whole process.The assertive results provide elemental data for structural wind-resistant design in civil engineering for the downburst-prone areas. 展开更多
