Nonetheless, the research in this domain has been growing at an impressive speed in recent decades. Analysis of corporate governance has become a key factor in our understanding of corporations in recent years, and an indicator of investor confidence in the decisions is taken by the managers and board of directors of the listed companies. This paper evaluates both qualitative and quantitative techniques that are implied in corporate governance field. The methodological techniques are a key element of the research process In this article, the authors developed a content analysis of the published empirical research in order to expose a possible gap between what is currently done versus what needs to be done in terms of the techniques of data analysis used in corporate governance field. The results of this study allow the authors to draw some valuable conclusions regarding the trends in methodological techniques that support the evolution of corporate governance. The findings indicate that, in general, the researchers are inclined to more sophisticated quantitative techniques. However, the use of qualitative techniques remains preponderant among corporate governance scholars.展开更多
Most overlay of existing P2P streaming systems just focus on the view point of video content data.An multi-dimensional overlay for the P2P streaming system(MDOPS) is proposed for providing multi-dimensional view inclu...Most overlay of existing P2P streaming systems just focus on the view point of video content data.An multi-dimensional overlay for the P2P streaming system(MDOPS) is proposed for providing multi-dimensional view including video data,peers' service capability and online stability based on locality sensitive hashing.MDOPS organizes all Live/VoD peers and the above multi-dimensional information in a one-dimensinal DHT,uses range resource information publish/search and introduces multiple load balancing methods.MDOPS maintains an additional candidate coordinating peer list with high qualified peers who own the video data the peer would possibly access currently and in future.This list could speed up the process of searching peers for data scheduling layer.Simulation experiment based on trace of real streaming system has testified that MDOPS can effectively improve the quality of search results and smooth load distribution among peers without increasing the cost of resource publish/search.展开更多
The radiological characterization is to determine the type, the distribution and the radioactivity of the radionuclide in the reactor by investigation of the information, instrumentation detection, sampling analyses a...The radiological characterization is to determine the type, the distribution and the radioactivity of the radionuclide in the reactor by investigation of the information, instrumentation detection, sampling analyses and theoretical calculation. It is used for determination of the decommissioning implementation option and radiological protection measure of the workers. After completion of the decommissioning it is used for determination of the site release. The radiological characterization should go through whole decommissioning process, which includes: the collection and review of historical file, the performing calculation of radionuclide inventory in the reactor, in situ measurement, sampling analyses, the review and evaluation of the data obtained and the comparison of calculated result with measured date etc.. The special attention should be paid to the radiological characterization information from the key part of reactor in decommissioning end state. The sampling from the "hot spot" should not be lost; the number of the sampling should be reasonable based on reliable statistics. The radioactivity density for site release should comply with the guide, standard and regulation of International Atomic Energy Agency and China.展开更多
