METHODS: The CT scans of 12 patients with abdominal nonhematogenous disseminated TL suggestive of neoplasm were retrospectively analyzed in this review. The final diagnoses were confirmed by lymph node pathology for seven patients and by laparoscopic surgery for five patients. All of the patients were treated at our institution between April 1995 and August 2009. RESULTS: The sites of involvement were the periportal (n = 6), peripancreatic (n = 3), periaortic (n = 3), and mesenteric (n = 2) regions. On the plain CT scan, the lymphadenopathy showed a heterogeneous isodensity or hypodensity in 11 patients and a low density in one patient. Peripheral enhancement was observed on the dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scans for all patients. In two cases, scans were more revealing during the portal venous and delayed phases. CONCLUSION: Abdominal lymphadenopathy with predominant peripheral rim-like enhancement on the dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scan may suggest a diagnosis of TL.展开更多

To analyze t...Objective. To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment for malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor(MGTT) with pulmonary metastasis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods. To analyze ten cases of MGTT with pulmonary metastasis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from 1980 to 1997 retrospectively. Results.From the x ray film, there are great resemblances between MGTT with pulmonary metastasis and pulmonary tuberculosis. Of 10 patients, 7 of them were examined out pulmonary tuberculosis during the chemotherapy of MGTT. Pulmonary tuberculosis appeared six months before chemotherapy in three cases. All of the patients were treated with multiagent chemotherapy. Seven patients achiceved a complete remission, 2 patients developed drug resistance and died of cerebral haemorrhage and cerebral herniation, 1 woman who had achieved a complete remission from MGTT for 14 months died of miliary tuberculosis. Conclusion. It is very important to make differential diagnosis of the MGTT with pulmonary metastasis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Trying to avoid excessive anti tumor treatment owing to mistake pulmonary tuberculosis for pulmonary metastasis, and avoiding missing an opportunity of anti tuberculosis treatment because of missed diagnosis should be emphasized.展开更多

Electron microscopy revealed that the rea...A cell-free preparation obtained from extracts of activated Xenopus laevis eggs induced chromatin decondensation and nuclear formation from demembranated Xenopus sperm nuclei. Electron microscopy revealed that the reassembled nucleus had a double-layered nuclear membrane, nuclear pore complexes, and decondensed chromatin etc. Indirect immunofluorescence analysis demonstrated the presence of lamina in newly assembled nuclei. Western-blotting results showed that lamin LII was present in egg extracts and in lamina of the reassembled nuclei which were previously reported to contain only eggderived lamin LIII.展开更多
Developing efficient water-splitting electrocatalysts with high mass activity is in urgent need for largescale sustainable production of hydrogen but,still remains as a big challenge.Herein,we report a one-pot method ...Developing efficient water-splitting electrocatalysts with high mass activity is in urgent need for largescale sustainable production of hydrogen but,still remains as a big challenge.Herein,we report a one-pot method to fabricate a series of core@shell Ni@RuM(M=Ni or Co)nanocrystals(NCs)with Ni as the core and tunable RuM(M=Ni or Co)as the alloy shell for efficient water-splitting catalysis.Among these core@shell NCs,the obtained Ni@Ru Ni NCs exhibit the highest intrinsic activity for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and possess an outstanding mass activity of 1590 m A mgRu^-1 at 0.07 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),which is 1.7 times higher than that of commercial Pt/C(950 m A mgPt^-1).As for oxygen evolution reaction(OER),the prepared Ni@Ru0.4 Co0.6 NCs with optimized shell composition achieve more enhanced mass activity of 270 m A mgRu^-1 at1.56 V vs.RHE,approaching three times higher than that of commercial RuO2(89 m A mgRu^-1).The superb mass activity of these Ni@Ru M(M=Ni or Co)NCs can be attributed to their core@shell structure and modulated electronic structure through alloying with Ni or Co metal in the shell.展开更多

In this paper, we study the counterparts of XBPs in the up...X-ray bright points (XBPs) are small-scale brightenings in the solar corona. Their counterparts in the lower atmosphere, how- ever, are poorly investigated. In this paper, we study the counterparts of XBPs in the upper chromosphere where the Hot line center is formed. The XBPs were observed by the X-ray Telescope (XRT) aboard the Hinode spacecraft during the observing plan (HOP0124) in August 2009, coordinated with the Solar Magnetic Activity Research Telescope (SMART) in the Kwasan and Hida Observatory, Kyoto University. It is found that there are 77 Hot brightenings in the same field of view of XRT, and among 57 XBPs, 29 have counterparts in the Hot channel. We found three types of relationship: Types a, b and c, correspond- ing to XBPs appearing first, Hot brightenings occurring first and no respective correspondence between them. Most of the strong XBPs belong to Type a. The Hot counterparts generally have double-kernel structures associated with magnetic bipoles and are cospatial with the footpoints of the XBP loops. The average lag time is -3 minutes. This implies that for Type a the heating, presumably through magnetic reconnection, occurs first in the solar upper atmosphere and then goes downwards along the small-scale magnetic loops that comprise the XBPs. In this case, the thermal conduction plays a dominant role over the non-thermal heating. Only a few events belong to Type b, which could happen when magnetic reconnection occurs in the chromosphere and produces an upward jet which heats the upper atmosphere and causes the XBP. About half of the XBPs belong to Type c. Generally they have weak emission in SXR. About 62% Hot brightenings have no corresponding XBPs. Most of them are weak and have single structures.展开更多

According to site investigation drilling, sampling, seismic sound logging wave test in single-hole and cross-hole, laboratory wave velocity test of intact rock, together with analysis of the site geological conditions, the seismic wave test results of the site between strata lithology and the geologic structure were studied. The relationships of seismic waves with the site lithology and the geologic structure were set up. The dynamic parameters of different grades of weathering profile were deduced. The results assist the seismic design of Phase Ⅲ Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, China.展开更多
