The results showed that there are ...The interactions between human erythrocyte spectrin(SP) and Pt(II) complexes with different composition and configuration were studied by fluorescence and circular dichroism spectra. The results showed that there are 4.7×10 2 binding sites of cisplatin(CDDP) in a spectrin tetramer(SPT). Among them, about 70 sites with apparent binding constant K 1】3.47×10 6 were of highest affinity, 1.8×10 2 sites with K 2 = 3.47×10 6 were of high affinity, and other 2.2×10 2 sites with K 3 = 8.77×10 5 were of low affinity. The conformation change of spectrin, depending on the concentration of Pt(II) complex and molar ratio(R) of Pt(II) complex to spectrin, was induced by the binding of Pt(II) complexes. It indicated that the interaction of both CDDP and cis diaquodiamine platinum(DADP) with SP followed a two step first order kinetic process in the first stage (1 h), and the kinetic constants were determined. In the second stage, the induced conformation change, polymerization and depolymerization of SP were probably involved. It was noticed that in the reaction of SP and Pt(II) complexes with 1,2 cyclohexanediammine isomers as chiral carrier ligand, stereo matching played a more important role than the affinity of Pt(II) to thiol groups of SP.展开更多

However, the discussions about narcissists as organization members or l...A vast number of researches and studies have been conducted on narcissism, since the term was used to explain a psychological phenomenon in 1898. However, the discussions about narcissists as organization members or leaders have recently become a research topic in the organizational sciences. In this scope, the recent research on narcissism indicates that narcissistic leaders can either cause organizational tragedies or contribute to organizational success by their great vision. In addition to narcissism, another popular leadership feature is political skill which has attracted considerable attentions in recent years, and become one of the important topics of management studies. Moreover, political skill has been asserted to be a positive characteristic which is related to develop vision and team insight as well as to increase in members' trust and support; whereas narcissism has both harmful and beneficial effects on organizations. In this study, the relationships between the dimensions of narcissism and political skill are examined via the 16-item Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI) and the 18-item Political Skill Inventory. Analysis has shown that the authority, which is the adaptive dimension of narcissism, correlates positively with social astuteness and networking ability dimensions of political skill. Accordingly entitlement, which is one of the maladaptive dimensions of narcissism, correlates significantly and negatively with the networking ability, interpersonal influence and apparent sincerity dimensions of political skill. When political skill is considered as a composite score, the findings indicate that the authority dimension of narcissism has a positive effect whereas, the entitlement dimension has a negative effect on political skill. Terminology: positrino, electrino, pairino. The new mechanism of a physical phenomenon, well explored to the present moment, with the conventional interpretation - mechanism of an annihilation of a free positron on electrons of substance is offered. That is the conventional point of view is those, that during annihilation the electron bums down, disappears or is transmuted into a gamma-quantum. In opinion of the author any facts or the proofs of such interpretation do not exist. The following mechanism therefore is offered: an electron and positron at coming together are discharged by two gamma-quantum and form pairino (unloaded electron - positron state with gravitational mass "m" about 2 eV, with compensation by electric charge, about an electrino by positrino interaction); that is the mechanism "cold" (low, is less than 10 KeV, energies) synthesis of pairino. It introduces the base of a new theory claiming that every flow has its own internal structure of motion, which is definite organization of motion, rather than a "molecular chaos", known from the fluid statics. The paper introduces the new notion of structures vector fields of power and momentum and shows every Newtonian fluid flows are dual in character. It shows that the flow of Newtonian fluid has a dual character. It demonstrates on models and further in mathematical interpretation of physical phenomena. It introduces, on the one hand, the cycloidal motion model into the fluid mechanics, ad on the other hand an addition to the known, the classical model of Poiseuille laminar motion. The theory of dualism (double nature of physical phenomena) allows the description of selected characteristics of the flow, either by using the theory ofcycloidal motion (semicycloidal), or by using the supplemented theory of laminar motion. The dualism theory is useful to describe each type of flows both, laminar and turbulent. This paper is only an introduction to the theory. It has been assigned number 1. The multiple-scattering self-consistent-field method is employed in the calculation. Our theoretical results of N near K-edge energy loss fine structures in hexagonal GaN crystal are in good agreement with the experimental spectra. Future possible experiments in energy-filtered transmission electron microscopy (EFTEM) are discussed and proposed because our theoretical work can provide clear assignments for transmitted electrons with different energy losses.展开更多
