To solve this problem, a scheme based on double layer Ether CAT and optical fiber interlock net was proposed. The system is mainly composed of double layer Ether CAT, optical fiber interlock net, ground monitoring station, underground control stations and integrated protection devices with Ether CAT communication interface and interlock interface. Double layer Ether CAT and optical fiber interlock net cooperate with each other, when one is interrupted, the other net carl realize selectivity of short circuit protection independently, Results of test show that the system can achieve selectivity of short circuit protection reliably, determine the fault location quickly, shorten troubleshooting time and improve safety and reliability of the power network in coal mines.展开更多

They have been considered by some researchers and practitioners as important advances in the area of planted forest and promoted by governments and forest companies in partnership with rural farmers and communities. Considering the importance of subsistence crops and forest products to smallholders and consumers and the economic viability of agroforestry, attention is given in this paper to Outgrower Schemes that combine tree planting with agroforestry, to contribute to food security and environment preservation in developing countries. The issue of Outgrower Schemes through integrated crops-tree systems was raised in a previous study of Outgrower Schemes in Brazil, commissioned by the FAO1. This paper examines, based on the research done for that study, the views and perspectives of the companies' personnel, the tree growers that participate in the programs studied, and other stakeholders' related institutions involved in such schemes with regard to the promotion of Outgrower Schemes through integrated crops-tree systems, linking them with agroforestry, which is a way those Outgrower Schemes can contribute to food security and environment preservation goals.展开更多

Research indicates that children are most effectively protected when agencies and stakeholders work together. This is because it is almost impossible for a single agency to respond adequately to any allegation and the complex nature of child abuse. Countries in South East Europe are actively engaged in developing and refining their child protection systems over the last 20 years. Considerable efforts are placed on introducing and building the capacity of workers to respond to child abuse from a system and multi-agency perspective. Barriers to effective multi-agency working include: systems which are not designed or are overly complicated for the reality of the context; lack of training and resources; long-standing and entrenched attitudes towards other professionals and co-working; and a lack of accountability and ownership展开更多

The experiment was set up on a luvisol medium soil, derived from light loam with the objective of evaluating the response of two winter triticale varieties (Pigmej and Cyrkon) to cultivation without protection (O), chemical weed control (H) and combined protection against weeds and fungi (HF). Comparisons were made in two crop sequence systems: cultivation of winter triticale varieties in a 6-field crop rotation and cultivation in a 19-23-year-long monoculture. The results showed that the plant sequence system significantly differentiated the response of winter triticale varieties to the applied levels of field protection. Significantly higher grain yield gains of the winter triticale varieties in response to the application of herbicides or herbicides with fungicides were obtained in the monoculture than in the crop rotation. In the crop rotation, a higher increase in yields induced by the applied plant protection treatments was achieved by the variety Cyrkon. In the monoculture, the response of both varieties to the herbicides applied was nearly identical, while the combined application of herbicides and fungicides raised the yields of var. Pigmej higher than those of var. Cyrkon. Overall for the plant protection levels, var. Cyrkon yielded higher than var. Pigmej by 18.1% more in the crop rotation and by 26.9% in the monoculture. At the same time, var. Cyrkon demonstrated a weaker response to being grown in the monoculture than var. Pigmej did. The average yield of the former was reduced by 21.1%, whereas the latter yielded 26.6% less grain.展开更多

The numerical simulation result is validated by experiment and the flow field parameters, aerodynamic force and heat flux distribution are obtained. The detailed numerical simulation results show that this kind of combinatorial thermal protection configuration has an excellent effect on cooling the surface of the nosetip. By adding of the opposing jet with a small total pressure, it can avoid the disadvantage to the control performance of the aircraft which is caused by the cavity oscillating flow. And the low stagnation pressure is propitious to simplify the opposing jet system. The location of the recirculation region has a significant impact of the aerodynamic heating. The heat flux along outer body surface of the nosetip does not increase with the stagnation pressure of opposing jet decreases monotonically.展开更多
