目的研究开发了医院统方行为阻断系统,对医院非法统方行为进行阻断,防止处方数据被非法窃取,并对非法统方的电脑进行物理定位,为事后追责提供协助。方法通过与防统方管理系统联动,使用程序与汇聚层交换实现通讯,对发生非法统方行为的电... 目的研究开发了医院统方行为阻断系统,对医院非法统方行为进行阻断,防止处方数据被非法窃取,并对非法统方的电脑进行物理定位,为事后追责提供协助。方法通过与防统方管理系统联动,使用程序与汇聚层交换实现通讯,对发生非法统方行为的电脑进行断网。结果医院统方行为阻断系统能够实现对非法统方行为的阻断,将我院防统方工作模式从事后审计模式升级为事前预防模式。结论医院统方行为阻断系统也为纪检监察部门对非法统方行为的监督管理工作提供了数据和技术支持,最终提升了管理部门的工作效率,同时该系统也维护了患者和医疗机构及其工作人员的合法权益。 展开更多

The Information Security of Digital Control Systems for Nuclear Power Plants

The NPP (nuclear power plant) being vital objects of an energy infrastructure must be protected against malicious actions affecting their safety, and cyber security plays a key part in attaining this goal. The paper considers, implemented by the authors within the project of advanced digital control system for NPP with the reactor VVER-1000, a system of unauthorized access protection, partially built up on the technology of AA (active audit) and expert system. The AA technology is based on response of the system on deviation of current signature of the automated process control system from stable state rather than on a certain signature of attack and relies on the estimation of the behavioral models of the particular digital control system. The advent of active audit reflects the current situation in the digital control systems where complex distributed platforms are used to construct automated process control system. The active audit allows one to make the digital control system functionally closed, provided that it is determinate. The methodology of the active audit does not give u external (barrier) and traditional (password, antivirus) methods of unauthorized access protection. These methods can be used when it is appropriate to achieve a required protection level. 展开更多

By this result, one can show that the system of fugal mycelia has a global attractor if the diffusion coefficient D = 0 and the solution blows up ifD= 0. The method of linearization is applied to derive the existence of Hopfs bifurcation which is the signature of instability of Turing system. The increasing of the size of the attractor and the existence of Hopf' s bifurcation indicate that there is a threshold that initiates the instability. 展开更多

Such analysis uses semiotic concepts in order to identify the use of new techniques for modeling intelligent systems through the integrated use of mathematical and computational tools. In contrast to the case of flat boundaries, where the uniform convergence in super-norm can be obtained, the asymptotic behavior of viscous solutions for small viscosity depends on the curvature of the boundary in general. It is shown, in particular, that the viscous solution converges to that of the ideal Euler equations in C([0, T]; HI(Ω)) provided that the initial vorticity vanishes on the boundary of the domain. 展开更多
