《国民经济行业分类》国家标准于1984年首次发布,最新标准GB/T 4754-2017由国家统计局起草,国家质量监督检验检疫总局、国家标准化管理委员会批准发布,并于2017年10月1日实施。国家统计局定义其适用范围为在统计、计划、财政、税收、工... 《国民经济行业分类》国家标准于1984年首次发布,最新标准GB/T 4754-2017由国家统计局起草,国家质量监督检验检疫总局、国家标准化管理委员会批准发布,并于2017年10月1日实施。国家统计局定义其适用范围为在统计、计划、财政、税收、工商等国家宏观管理中对经济活动的分类,并用于信息处理和信息交换。但目前,《国民经济行业分类》在使用中却存在分类交叉重叠,中类、小类利用率低,信息精准化处理与交换严重受限等问题。背后的原因主要是我国制定《国民经济行业分类》参考的是联合国《所有经济活动的国际行业标准分类》,但两者制定目的却有根本性差异。因此,文章根据我国经济运营发展中的实际统计述求,提出《国民经济行业分类》底层逻辑架构的建议。 展开更多

Most of the existing image encryption schemes with the substitutlon-chltuslon structure are not secure and efficient. In this letter, a chaos-based pseudo-random bit generator with good statistical properties is proposed, where a simple post-processing by compressing is employed. A new adaptive image encryption scheme with the substitution-diffusion architecture is designed using the new pseu- do-random bit generator. In the scheme, the session key for the pseudo-random bit generator is dependent on the content of the image which ensures that the scheme can effectively resist knownplaintext and chosen-plaintext attacks. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation indicate that the proposed algorithm is efficient and highly secure. 展开更多

There are many obstacles to improving system efficiency. The key root is the conflict between the fixed general computer architecture and the variable requirements of applications. Proactive reconfigurable computing architecture(PRCA) is proposed to improve computing efficiency. PRCA dynamically constructs an efficient computing architecture for a specific application via reconfigurable technology by perceiving requirements,workload and utilization of computing resources. Proactive decision support system(PDSS),hybrid reconfigurable computing array(HRCA) and reconfigurable interconnect(RIC) are intensively researched as the key technologies. The principles of PRCA have been verified with four applications on a test bed. It is shown that PRCA is feasible and highly efficient. 展开更多

This paper explores the value creation of business process management (BPM) and managerial accounting system (MAS) using a case study. The findings show that BPM shortens the management chain and increases the connections among functions in the organization by right reassignment. Accounting indicators in MAS provide necessary information about business processes, which assists performance evaluation in BPM, and meanwhile, incentive schemes give enough motives, which guide employees to take actions in accordance with the organizational strategies and processes' goals. The information effect and motive effect of MAS increase employees' work satisfaction and their cooperation with each other. In the end, the integration of BPM and MAS improves the organizational economic performance, thus creating value for the organization. The results explain the reason why so much BPM fails in practice, because right assignment, performance evaluation system, and incentive schemes constitute organizational architecture, which is critical to organizational value. Additionally, the value creation of BPM and MAS depends on their coordination with the external environment, the internal situation, and the organizational strategy. From the view of managerial accounting perspective, MAS not only changes with the organization development but also facilitates the organization development. 展开更多

In the complex multicore chip system,network on-chip(NoC)is viewed as a kind of system interconnection that can substitute the traditional interconnect networks,which will improve the system performance and communication efficiency.With regard to the complex and large scale NoC,simple and efficient routing nodes are the critical factors to achieve low-cost and low-congestion communication performance.This paper proposes an unbuffered switch architecture and makes detailed analysis of the mechanism of buffer in the switch architecture.According to the simulation results,the S-mesh using the unbuffered switch architecture is better in terms of the optimal performance in message latency than some typical NoC architectures,such as 2D-mesh,Fat-tree,Butterfly,Octagon and so on.The synthesis results of design compiler indicate that the unbuffered switch has obvious advantages of achieving cost and operating speed for the chips. 展开更多

It provides a significant added value for higher power applications in comparison with the existing system.
