In this letter, a chaos-based pseudo-random bit generator with good statistical properties is proposed, where a simple post-processing by compressing is employed. A new adaptive image encryption scheme with the substitution-diffusion architecture is designed using the new pseu- do-random bit generator. In the scheme, the session key for the pseudo-random bit generator is dependent on the content of the image which ensures that the scheme can effectively resist knownplaintext and chosen-plaintext attacks. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation indicate that the proposed algorithm is efficient and highly secure.展开更多

There are many obstacles to improving system efficiency. The key root is the conflict between the fixed general computer architecture and the variable requirements of applications. Proactive reconfigurable computing architecture(PRCA) is proposed to improve computing efficiency. PRCA dynamically constructs an efficient computing architecture for a specific application via reconfigurable technology by perceiving requirements,workload and utilization of computing resources. Proactive decision support system(PDSS),hybrid reconfigurable computing array(HRCA) and reconfigurable interconnect(RIC) are intensively researched as the key technologies. The findings show that BPM shortens the management chain and increases the con...This paper explores the value creation of business process management (BPM) and managerial accounting system (MAS) using a case study. The findings show that BPM shortens the management chain and increases the connections among functions in the organization by right reassignment. Accounting indicators in MAS provide necessary information about business processes, which assists performance evaluation in BPM, and meanwhile, incentive schemes give enough motives, which guide employees to take actions in accordance with the organizational strategies and processes' goals. The information effect and motive effect of MAS increase employees' work satisfaction and their cooperation with each other. In the end, the integration of BPM and MAS improves the organizational economic performance, thus creating value for the organization. The results explain the reason why so much BPM fails in practice, because right assignment, performance evaluation system, and incentive schemes constitute organizational architecture, which is critical to organizational value. Additionally, the value creation of BPM and MAS depends on their coordination with the external environment, the internal situation, and the organizational strategy. From the view of managerial accounting perspective, MAS not only changes with the organization development but also facilitates the organization development.展开更多

This module allows a more saving of energy in comparison with the fixed systems for PV (photovoltaic) application and allows hire performances for CSP (concentrated solar power) systems. It provides a significant added value for higher power applications in comparison with the existing system.
